  Seriously...I did my homework on where to stay and we absolutely picked the BEST place when we booked this beautiful condo! Andi (the owner) is very responsive and really wants you to have a good time in their exquisitely-appointed residence overlooking the GORGEOUS beach and pool. My husband and I were looking to spend a quiet/relaxing beach vacation in private without a bunch of crazy partiers livin' it up by the pool and/or encouraging us to join in a limbo contest on the sand! Ick! ;-) (Hint: If that is what you are looking for, this is NOT it!) The condo is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay...and then some! We spent many evenings on the balcony relaxing/reading on the chaise lounge chairs listening to the calming roll of the tide and waves crashing on the sand. It was heaven! And,...when you do go down to the beach, there is a chair attendant to set up chairs for you so there is no lugging your own chairs down to the beach as you might have to do at other condo places. (Seems maybe he had a standing arrangement with several guests, as he would set up their chairs AND towels--which means those chairs are occupied--each morning...but we NEVER had an issue with getting a pair of chairs at all!) We ventured out to El Yunque rainforest one day and also took a snorkeling day-trip another day (had a nice time with SpreadEagleII), but other than that, we did not really find much reason to EVEr leave the property! There are plenty of restaurants in Palmas and the beach is just...well...breathtaking! We didn't go in the pool, but it was never crowded (except on Sunday afternoon) and always looked refreshing! I just can't say enough POSITIVE things about this place! You will not have a single regret by booking this place (and I should probably add that the living room and dining room furniture shown in these pics has been updated, has a chic decorator-style with comfort and appeal!) THANK YOU, Andi and John, for a wonderful stay in paradise!!!

  We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this amazing apartment on our vacation in Puerto Rico. It's beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has amazing views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom, and the huge covered balcony. The owner thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. We were provided with us helpful information about Las Palmas and the surrounding area, and even received a call from the owner to see if everything was in perfect order. Would recommend this place highly, to anyone wanting a perfect Caribbean escape!

  Crescent Beach 219 is comfortably decorated and has many details that make for a relaxing vacation. We ate most every meal out on the balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and comfortable furniture that allow you to enjoy the view while eating. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, but the location is perfectly situated to enjoy meals out at your choice of good restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. The full-size washer and dryer allowed us to pack light for a 2-week vacation. The pools are impeccably maintained, and the ocean view and sounds make this paradise!

  From the first contact with Andi, I knew we made an excellent choice. Descriptions and photos very accurate. We absolutely loved the very generous veranda. Had most of our meals out there. We had the master bedroom which has one of the most comfortable beds ever!! Add the sound of the breaking waves and it was bliss. Check in process was simple and the people at the reception desk were very nice, we even were offered a cool rum punch. The resort is very large but easy to navigate around. It was decorated for the holiday. We're from New England so it was delightful to see all the palm trees with holiday lights. Location was also in easy reach of rain forest and bioluminescent lagoon. We combined those 2 activities in the same day, rain forest midday and bioluminescent lagoon by electric boat early evening then had an awesome dinner at El Stacion, a converted petrol station not far from the boat launch. This allowed us to have a few really relaxing days poolside. We had a late flight from San Juan, so we left the condo early and toured Old San Juan before heading to the airport. Recommend this condo highly

  I almost don't want to write this review because I'll be letting the secret out - but we had the best time and it was so beautiful I felt like I had to write a review! We arrived and stayed for a week - it was so beautiful, it felt impossible to leave. The apartment is RIGHT on the beach, incredible location. Place was clean, well-maintained, the owner was helpful and responsive. 100% recommend this place to our friends/family (I've even told co-workers about it). The porch is huge and the view of the ocean/beach is insanely beautiful. We fell asleep every night to the waves crashing on the beach and during the day took dips in the pools, played volleyball on the beach, and swam in the ocean basically all day. It felt like a private beach - incredibly relaxing. We will be returning!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  I stayed with my husband at this place in November and had a wonderful relaxing time. The condo was equipped with all the the latest up-to-to date things you need and more...I loved the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom...I don't even have one in mine!! I loved the fans on the outdoor porch. The view from our porch was breathtaking. I had a great view of the ocean. My husband and I like to workout on our vacations and there were 2 gyms from which to choose. I highly recommend this place to anyone.....

  Wish I was there now reading a book and listening to the gentle wash of the waves and the birds singing. Paradise by the week. No problems only good things to say about it all. Try it.

  We stayed at the condo for one week for our honeymoon. We visited several areas of Puerto Rico, including Humacao, Fajardo, and San Juan, and we found the Palmas Del Mar resort to be the most beautiful area. The condo was large, very clean, nicely furnished, and included every option that we needed. Andi supplied us with great information to help us plan our vacation. The view from the condo was amazing and the grounds were very well maintained. We often had the beach and the pools to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great bang for your buck vacation in Puerto Rico.

  Thanks Andi and John, Had a wonderful stay!! View from balcony was awesome. Beach a few steps out the door. Pools were also great. Had a much needed vacation and what better place, no passport needed, easy... Great snorkeling trips and dive trips. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks

  We just returned from a marvelously relaxing month-long beach vacation at the Crescent Beach unit in Palmas del Mar owned by Andi and John Stix. This inviting, attractively furnished, well-maintained unit was perfect -a great layout, well-equipped kitchen, new appliances (stove, frig, dishwasher, disposal, washer, dryer,) large flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and ceiling fans in every room and on the balcony as well. The views of the ocean and grounds from the living room, master bedroom, and wrap around balcony were stunning and spectacular. In addition, the owners were attentive and very helpful. They sent us directions to the unit from the airport as well as a list of restaurants and places to market well before our trip. We could go on and on but it isn’t necessary as the other reviews of this unit are truly accurate. Would we return? Absolutely!

  Not only was this place fabulous, Andi thought of all those extra little details to make it feel like home. Just loved the oversized TV and the extra large seating area in the living room. You can see the ocean from both the master bedroom as well as the living room. Palmas has everything to offer and we participated in all the sports here - from the gym to tennis, golf, basketball, boating, and bike riding. And, it was only 25 minutes from many of the major sites! Thank you, Andi and John for making a wonderful holiday for us. We wanted to keep this a hidden secret, but found that we couldn't keep quiet!

  We couldn't have been happier. Andi is easy to work with and made sure that everything that we needed was available to us. We wish all people who rent villas would be as accommodating as she. The apartment had that welcoming feeling from the moment we stepped inside. We enjoyed the air conditioning and our friends used the ceiling fans found in each room. The place was just beautiful! We couldn't have been luckier - and besides, the beach was just downstairs!

  After reading the description, I was quite pleased when I walked into the unit. It was light and airy. The place was well equipped and in lovely condition. The Master Bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and we all slept well listening to the soft sound of the ocean, which swayed us to sleep. Loved to porch, which had lounge chairs and a large eating area. The view was indescribable. Just gorgeous. Liked this areas much more than the Marbella Club. We were saddened when we had to leave.

  We walked into a beautiful apartment that was so tranquil. We loved how there was an ocean view from both the living room and the master bedroom suite. Everything that we read on line was true. It was a luxury apartment to the fullest degree. It was so easy to walk downstairs to the pools and the beach. There was always an attendant there and it was easy to get lounge chairs. The balcony of this apartment was not to be believed. We ate outside constantly and fell asleep on the lounge chairs. The beds were so soft and the furniture was beautiful, just like the Hamptons on Long Island, NY. The owners thought of everything from make-up mirrors to fondu plates. Couldn't wait to tell all my friends about this fabulous fine.

  Can’t say enough about this apartment. It had everything that a family could want. From a well equipped kitchen to the great lounge chairs on the porch, we were in heaven. The apartment is light and so comfortable. We loved the living room at night with the extra large TV. The oversized washer and dryer came in handy. They thought of everything in this place. Our family also loved the three pools downstairs right on the beach. What a find!

  If you are an artist, you will love this unit. It is so cheerful, light, and airy. I spent many hours painting both indoors and out on their incredible porch. It is pointed beautifully and well coordinated. Just like a true beach house. Having something recently renovated makes it very special, as all the colors are light and crisp. I particularly liked going downstairs and being right on the beach, with lounges and cushions readily available. The owners are methodical and very caring. They called to check up on us and made sure that we were well satisfied. How unusual!!! They even sent me a list of everything at Palmas and things to do in Puerto Rico.

  If you want incredible, soothing water views and the largest, nicest beach in Palmas, then Crescent Beach is the place for you. This unit was extrmely well furnished, well stocked and fairly priced. The owners thought of everything to make sure our stay was at the 5 star level. They are also easy to deal with and gave us great advice about what to do in the area. My girls loved the beach, enjoyed the tennis, and we really liked the fact that there are many restaurants right on site. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and its location is the best in all of Palmas.

  We originally had a reservation for the hotel and my friend recommended this site. Could not have been a better decision!! I couldn’t believe how stunning this apartment was. I’ve been out to the Hamptons and this unit had the same feeling: light and airy. I loved the beach furniture (as opposed to the dark furniture that I have at home.) The Hamptons is filled with Shabby Chic, light colors, and a breath of fresh air. This unit was right on par. Also, what is not mentioned is how calm and deep this section of the beach is compared to the Marbella Club (another section). I also liked the proximity of Crescent Beach to other restaurants and the casino. It’s a prime location, super convenient. I’ve stayed at both locations, and this is far superior. I literally debated reviewing this apartment because I don't really want to share it with the world, but since my friend told me about it, I'm hoping sharing this review will only enhance the good karma!

  We were shocked when we walked in the door. It certainly didn’t feel like a rental apartment. The place is totally updated with a brand new kitchen and new appliances. I loved their balcony with the ceiling lights and fans, which we constantly used. We loved cooking outside and spending so many evenings in our shorts and T-shirts overlooking the Caribbean with a marguerite in hand. The owners called to make sure that everything was in perfect order. We couldn’t have been happier.

  This is a tropical paradise and I enjoyed fishing each morning. The apartment was very beautiful and very comfortable. Furniture was upscale, just like a 5 star hotel. The Crescent Beach section was a big plus, as it was centrally located. The waters are much calmer than the section near the Marbella Club and this area has the most desirable beach. I liked how there was a beach attendant who set up your lounge chairs for you each day, which was unlike the other areas. The restaurants were great. Will come again.
