Our beautifully decorated, nautical-themed townhome is located in the Waterfront Country Club section of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. This recently renovated home's main level features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, living room, and a deck -- all facing the main channel and mountains.
The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a breathtaking mountain and lake view. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a queen. A full bathroom is between both bedrooms.
The lower level has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a comfortable double sleeper futon. This room also has a foosball table. Off this room is a lower-level patio.
The townhome has a covered dock with an electric hoist, and a floater dock for sunning. Outdoor activities include boating, sailing, fishing, and golf.
This is a great price for a beautiful vacation rental at Smith Mountain Lake.
