Available for long term rentals. Beautifully updated condo with hardwood floors, wifi inside condo, great pool and fitness room as well as a quiet lagoon with ducks, turtles and lighted lountain. Fishing pier & splash park across the street, ten minutes from Historic Downtown St. Augustine with wonderful restaurants and many Art Galleries., 2hrs. from Disney World, 5 minutes from Alligator Farm, 15 minutes to huge outlet mall, minutes from Marineland and over 30 golf courses. Many excellent restaurants at St. Augustine Beach as well as shopping, grocery store, Farmers Market and miles of beautiful beaches plus a Farmers Market on Wednesdays just across the street.
We are on second floor with elevator just outside our door.
World Golf Village is only about 20 minutes from us. There is golfing, shopping, restaurants, IMAX theater there at the Golf Village.

My family and I (husband, three girls - ages 15, 12, and 8) just left this condo last week, and we are already making plans to go back! I just can say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! The owner is wonderful! She worked with us to make sure we had the best stay possible. She answered all of my questions both by email and over the telephone. Great communication! It is huge and extremely clean! Plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen is WELL-equipped. The owner has gone above and beyond in this area... I am a cook, so I was surprised to see common spices and extracts in the pantry... you don't get that attention to detail at most places. There were also games and puzzles for the kids, boogie boards and sand buckets and shovels to take to the beach. Plenty of towels for everyone, too! Washer and dryer worked great! We were approximately five minutes or less from everything we wanted to do, yet the condo was out of the hustle and bustle and was quiet and serene. The balcony is quite large, and overlooked the pond with the fountain... very intimate and a nice family setting. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you so much! =)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We rented this condo with some friends last June and it was a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking equipment we would need. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean. We loved being right across the street from the beach and pier -- no sand accumulation in our car because we could just walk to the beach. Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and we would definitely come here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We spent three days at St. Augustine Beach in this condo. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and cooled. With three teenagers, it had a lot of room and was equipted with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept very well. The condo is located in a great place being a block from the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We hated to leave.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I just got home from my vacation in St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach. What a beautiful place and LOTS to see and do! We stayed in this complex, but not this exact unit. I'm guessing they are all similar - the pictures look very similar to the condo we stayed in. It was very clean, well-equipped and quite large. Three of us stayed there so we each got our own bedroom. The ocean is just across the street. It's a great location. Easy access to the highway and St. Augustine is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying in this complex!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our son lived there with his family and we loved visiting and wanted to stay for extended periods. We love going there so it is like a home away from home for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It is quiet. You have a choice of fine dining or casual dining. We love shopping and visiting the art galleries. There is a Market across the street on Wednesdays and one at the light house on saturdays. They have lots of reasonable crafts and art as well as fruits and vegetables.
