Over 4800 square feet of living area in this 3 story, fully furnished Lake Travis waterfront home offers luxurious, yet comfortable accommodations for 17 people. It boasts 4 bedrooms w. 2 master bedrooms, both with king beds, private baths, flat screen tv, sitting areas.
You are greeted by a spacious, open living area w. many comfortable chairs and couches. The tastefully decorated kitchen features beautiful granite, wine bar & cooler.
The entire lower floor is dedicated for personal gratification. Enjoy a game of pool, work-out, relax w. a book or chill in the media room.
Wrap around decks provide outstanding views of Lake Travis.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Four bedrooms will accommodate many sleeping arrangements for a variety of guests. Two master suites w. views of the lake have king size beds, bunk beds & private baths.(In upstairs master, there is an additional twin bed.) Two guest rooms--1 w. 5 twin beds & 1 w. 3 twins. Two full baths & a half bath finish out the amenities.
Upstairs MSTR Bdrm: Relax on the king-size bed or curl up with a good book on the couch and enjoy the view of the lake from the picture windows overlooking the water. Bunk beds, an additional twin bed, ceiling fan, dresser, side tables, desk and Flat Screen TV finish off this room.
Downstairs MSTR Bdrm: Close to the action of the main home but yet feeling far away in your own private bedroom suite, you can work at the desk or enjoy the Flat Screen T.V. With a comfortable leather chair, king size bed and side tables, this room was designed for your comfort. It also has a set of bunk beds.
AMENITIES
Floor to ceiling windows in the living room frame the beautiful stone fireplace and the 180 degree view of the lake. Watch the boats rolling by in this handsomely decorated living room, equipped with a sofa, comfortable chairs, coffee table, end table. The spacious and open room has been designed to offers seating flexibility and the best opportunity to enjoy the views.
The dining room has a beautiful table with a hand-carved wooden base and glass top. Enjoy dining while watching the lights twinkle on the opposite shore.
This kitchen is fully stocked! The only thing you need to bring is food! The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in range, microwave, toaster, crock pot, and coffee maker. Also furnished are pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking/dining utensils.
This home has been furnished for your comfort and pleasure. A media room with a large projection screen T.V. and theatre seating provides the perfect cool spot for getting away from it all.

This home has been furnished for your comfort and pleasure. A media room with a large projection screen T.V. and theatre seating provides the perfect cool spot for getting away from it all. A large entertainment area has a sitting area, w. views, of course, flat screen tv and a wet bar. Play pool, air hockey or a pinball machine and glance up occasionally to watch a boat go by. To work off those extra calories, there is a fully equipped exercise room with stationary bike, treadmill, weight bench and free weights. There is a flat screen t.v. if you are tired of looking at the lake views.

*Enjoy boating, fishing, waterskiing, windsurfing, wakeboarding. Boat and/or jet ski right from this home. Park your boat in the covered boat dock or tie your jet skis up.

This house provided a wonderful get away weekend for our family. We had 7 adults and 7 children and it was great. The house is well appointed without being so "done" that you are afraid to take your eyes off the grandkids. All 7 of our grandkids are under the age of ten and there was something for everyone...they loved the theater and caught lots of fish from the boat dock as well as having an afternoon swim in the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and the view superb! We hope to come back again soon!Owner response: We are very happy that you had a great time and enjoyed being at Hollywood Hills. I was put in touch with Jackie W. from a mutual friend who had previously worked with her and her company on renting a home in the Austin/Lake Travis area. She put me in touch with Kathi M. who was truly a God-Send. I was in charge of putting this weekend together and Kathi worked tirelessly on responding quickly to over 45 emails. It was most of the families first time spending a weekend in a rental home and were finicky and indecisive. Kathi was so patient with our questions and did her best to provide me with information on available homes and their amenities. We finally settled on the Hollywood Hills Home and do not regret the decision at all! The accolades I received from the family made the 2 weeks of stressful planning worth it. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautiful, spacious and perfect for a mini-family get together. We all wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back as my family has already appointed me in charge for our next years gathering. If I could, I would reserve this house again now! The bathrooms were beautiful and modern and the home itself was clean and well furnished. The only thing we had to bring was food! The set up with a downstairs game room, media room and gym gave us "kids" a nice separation from the "elders" upstairs. We had a group ranging from 1.5 yrs old to 65 and the house was perfect for all ages. I have to commend Kathi for her responsiveness and making the planning easier as we were able to communicate everything via email. Jackie and Kathi were a pleasure to work! Looking forward to working with them next year or sooner if we need another getaway. The Hollywood Hills home is a perfect name for the house. Thanks Kathi and Jackie! We will be back! We spent Labor Day weekend in this home and it was spactacular. We had two families and there was plenty of room in the house to spread out. The amenities were awesome including the game and media rooms. House is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings for relaxing and taking your mind off work. Beautiful view of Lake Travis with a dock in deep water for swimming and boating. Boat ramp at Lakeway Marina is just down the road and close on lake and marina has all the amenities needed. Thanks for your hospitality.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
