I recently stayed here while attending a short executive education class at Vanderbilt University. Melony made the entire process very easy and was such a pleasure to deal with. The condo was very cozy and provided everything I needed for the week. It was nice, clean, and well furnished. I will definitely stay here again, or at her house that is in the same area of Nashville. The location is absolutely fantastic!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The experience of arranging the dates, payment, and gaining access to the apartment was very easy to do and I had a positive interaction with the owner. The actual apartment was also very nice and is in a great location with easy access to local restaurants and tourist activities. The apartment is very "homey", clean, and comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again if I return to Nashville.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Economical and great location. We chose this as it was close to our kids who live in the Belmont area. It was great being close to all the restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Owner was good to work with. Was going to rent again and is all booked up. Look forward to returning in future.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We had such a wonderful time at the Albemarle-Belmont Condo. It was the perfect fit for my daughter, her little Chihuahua and, my week in Nashville. The location near Belmont University and very close to Vanderbilt University was ideal. Downtown was just a short drive away. There’s a great coffee shop and delicious restaurants within walking distance to the condo. The condo was so light and airy in addition to being decorated so lovely. The king size bed and furnishings were all very comfortable. The laundry is located in the lower level. All of the soaps (including laundry) and paper products were provided. It was all very handy. The condo was located on the first floor. The side porch was very relaxing in the mornings to sip coffee and welcome in the day. We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and we really appreciated the many extra special touches that Melony provided to us in the condo. She was very helpful, quick to respond to calls/emails and a joy to work with. We look forward to staying again in the future and have already recommended this gem to our friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Mary Rose ! Love your name !!!

We spent a week in this condo and it was just perfect! The location was outstanding. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants and the drive downtown only took 5 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on our own little deck, watching the runners and strollers go by. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable. Melony is an outstanding hostess. She was helpful, thoughtful and very accommodating. We especially enjoyed Cheekwood, Franklin, the Grand Ole Opry show, hotel and backstage tour, and listening to music on Broadway Ave. We hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Anne ! Please come again !

We stayed in the apartment for a week, and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and clean and comfortable. It's located in the heart of the belmont university, on the beautiful boulevard. You can walk for morning coffee, or jog over to Sevier Park for a morning workout. Staying in the apartment was relaxing and enjoyable, you get two porch chairs to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
