Located along the middle of Crescent Beach this condo is ideal. The white and powdery sand makes Siesta Key the # 1 beach in the USA. Nicely landscaped, the complex features 2 heated pools. Lounge chairs, pavilions, and sand volleyball are located at the beach area. Our unit is steps from the beach- no street to cross!
The unit is a one bedroom that can sleep four people.It features a new leather sofa and recliner. The kitchen has newer appliances and the bedroom features a king size bed with plenty of closet space. The unit has its own private lanai with a table and chairs. The unit is close to the pools, grills, picnic tables and the beach.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the complex. Tennis and shuffleboard courts are on the manicured grounds. The unit is 1/4 mile to the public beach and 1 mile to Siesta Key Village. Sidewalks are convenient and amenities are close. Our family vacationed here for many years and we love the area!

Siesta Key located in Sarasota is a clean tropical city known for the arts and recreation. On the Gulf of Mexico its pristine white sandy beaches are beautiful. As the sand is quartz it does not get hot! All types of aquatic activities are available. The Ringling Museum of Art and the Ca d Zan (winter home of the Ringling family) is a gorgeous home to visit. The Mote Aquarium and St. Armand's Circle, for great shopping, are on neighboring Longboat key, Siesta Key Village is a quaint resort town. Many restaurants are within a few miles and there are good ones on the Key. Ellenton Outlets are 20 minutes away. State parks are close. The family friendly atmosphere is a plus.
The condo is 100 feet from the beach. The pristine white beach is on of the best in the USA. The quartz sand never gets hot! It is a family friendly atmosphere with shopping and restuarants nearby. The village of Siesta Key is only 1 mile away and is a quaint beach town. The complex is neat and clean with manicured grounds. Casa Mar is a great value with very reasonable rates.

About the owner: We are from Ohio and mved to Florida 5 years ago. We moved to the area because we loved vacationing at Siesta Key. Being 25 miles away is a plus as we are 'hands on' owners.
Why the Owner Chose Other Sarasota Properties:
We always enjoyed our vacations at Siesta Key. Buying in abeachside complex was important to us; so no roads are crossed to get to the beach.

We love to walk the beach and enjoy the sand that never gets hot! There are many restaurants within a mile. We take advantage of many of the activities in the area.
