  I have stayed in a few locations in Ojai and this was by far my favorite! The owner thinks of everything you might need in the casita. (coffee, water, sun block, etc) All of the linens are nice and the bed is so comfortable! Waking up to sit out on the porch as the sun comes up is a joy! You are on a very peaceful tree lined street that is very close to town. I hated to leave!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable cottage . It is extremely clean as well as tastefully decorated . The setting is lovely...quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard, and walking distance to parks and village. Carolyn is a wonderful, generous host, and the cottage is well stocked with everything one might need. We would recommend it to all our friends, and would love to return.

  Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodations The house had everything we needed. It was conveniently located close to town, but still secluded and peaceful. I hope we can stay again!

  We enjoyed our stay at this charming guest house on a lovely property. We enjoyed the convenient location, the great view and the well tended gardens. The guest house was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. Our host was helpful and respected our privacy. We enjoyed going into town, eating at local restaurants and going into the Los Padres National Forest. We recommend this rental!

  This 1 bedroom rental was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Exactly what we were hoping it would be. Excellent location within town and easy walking distance to all places in town. Very well appointed. Everything we wanted and more. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

  this cottage is quite lovely! the owner has provided everything one could imagine needing for a sweet stay in ojai...we were very happy with it. i used to run a a general booking site for a small town with many vacation rentals and would be happy to use this cottage as a prime rental recommendation.

  My husband and i enjoyed our get away to Ojai. Carolyn makes sure you have all you need-thank you!We had amazing weather while we were there. WE love the library of books she has acquired and the games. We played Yatze! We did a few hikes in the Los Padres National Forest-very winding roads- and we ate at some great spots-

  This 2 room vacation rental gives you lots of space to spread out and relax. The price is reasonable and you get the privacy not found in hotels. Carolyn’s attention to detail ensured that the smallest items were available - like scotch tape, scissors and a stapler! Definitely recommended for those looking for a quiet get away from the big city. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities - it felt like home.

  We could not have had a more pleasant weekend at this exquisite guest house. The gardens, furnishings - everything was simply lovely.
