We stayed at the Oak St. cottage for a week in September while I was taking a course at nearby United Bicycle Institute. This is a wonderful place for a couple to stay in Ashland. Walking distance to downtown and the Shakespeare festival locations. Very clean and quiet, and the the property manager was very easy to deal with. We loved it. Will look to stay here again when we come to Ashland.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We loved our stay the Oak Street cottage. The bright, sunny cottage, white kitchen cabinets, and hardwood floors made for a cheerful and pleasant environment. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the home was well-furnished. The views from the bedroom and backyard are wonderful. The cottage is at the end of a long, private drive, and is within walking distance to all of the Ashland attractions. I have allergies, and the owners went to great lengths to make sure all measures were taken to make sure the home was immaculate and allergen-free. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
