Discover a tropical oasis less than 2 blocks from the beach at Atlantic Oasis, our 2-story house in St. Augustine. Treat yourself to our private pool, grill out in our lushly landscaped garden, and relax indoors in comfortable, cheery surroundings.

The swimming pool is certain to be the focus of everyone’s fun, with sparkling water and plenty of poolside seating. It’s wonderfully private, perfect for splashing, and so enticing, with nearby palm trees offering an island feel. Break out the grill, mix up some frozen drinks, and have a pool party right in the backyard!

The best part about Atlantic Oasis is that you feel as though you’re right on the beach. The surf is a pleasant murmur in the background, the breezes are tinged with salt, and the sunshine is so warm. And if you want a closer look, slip on some flip-flops and head out the door. You’ll be on the sugary white sands of St. Augustine Beach in seconds!

The beach here is perfect: wide, clean, and family friendly. The sand is great for kite-flying, bocce ball, and sandcastle-building, while the surf is ideal for everything from early-morning fishing to boogie-boarding and body surfing. Best of all, perhaps, is sitting at the edge of the water in a low-slung chair, watching the pelicans dive-bomb into the waves and letting the surf tickle your toes. Happy vacation!

When it’s time to come indoors, you’ll find yourself smiling as you sink down into the relaxing sofas and chairs of our living room. A huge flat-screen TV faces you, filtered sunlight slips through the big windows, and neutral tones keep the atmosphere calm and restful. The big couch unfolds into a bed for 2, making our house thoroughly comfortable for up to 8 people. Bring the whole gang and experience beach living, St. Augustine-style!

Just beyond the living room is the dining area, with a big table suitable for games, puzzles, and computers (you have free WiFi at Atlantic Oasis!) as well as meals. This in turn leads to the kitchen, which we’ve stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you might find in your own cupboards at home. Our full-size appliances are sparkling clean, and we have all the time-saving gadgets you need too, from the microwave and coffeemaker to the blender, toaster – well, you name it! Pick up some groceries and you can make just about anything here (and save a bundle while you’re at it!).

There’s a bonus room here as well, with a round table for informal meals, card games, and drinks. Filled with windows, it’s a great place to enjoy the morning sunshine or savor a good book and a glass of wine in late afternoon.

While the living and dining areas are open and connected, the 2 bedrooms at Atlantic Oasis are designed for quiet and privacy. You’ll love the master suite, with its king-sized bed, private flat-screen TV, multiple windows and en-suite bath with both shower and tub option. This suite is your sanctuary, and you’ll love retiring to it each evening after another fun day on the beach or in the Old City.

The second bedroom is very spacious, and sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 queen-sized beds. We provide all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath here at Atlantic Oasis, and there are extra pillows and blankets to be found as well. So pack light and plan on enjoying all the comforts of home!

A second full bathroom is convenient to the second bedroom, and a full-sized washer and dryer are also waiting for you in our house. It’s so easy to toss in those wet swimsuits and beach towels and never worry that they won’t be dry before it’s time to go back out!

You’re going to love Atlantic Oasis. A balcony runs the length of one side of the second story, connecting you with those indescribable sunrises and sunsets, and the ocean is always audible, just yards away.
