The Dockside is a clubhouse that sits near the dock located on the Steinhatchee River. It has one large room upstairs with 4 sofabeds, 4 overstuffed recliners, a dining area with seating for 8, and a small refrigerator and a microwave. There is a bathroom upstairs with a toilet and sink and male and female showers downstairs.
The clubhouse sits on the same property as 'The Ultimate Waterfront Home with Boat Slip,' #299492, also located on VRBO. They may be rented together for larger groups. This is an ideal setting for a family or group of fishermen.
The property location is a 5 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Gulf for easy access to fishing and scalloping.
