All the amenities are here. Feels just like (sometimes better than) home. Landlords are extremely responsive to any request we had. I look forward to next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

our annual golfing trip was made all the more special by this wonderful home. ideally situated for all our needs ie golf, shopping and restaurants. the home its self was prefect just as the description said it was. it was clean and well maintained. the owner could not have been more helpful when we need to speak to him. i will be recommending this property to my friends.a good base for golfing in palm springs.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Home was beautiful in every way. Very well equipped, ideal location and clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants and providing clear directions to the house. Listing description was accurate. My wife and I wanted to go and relax and stay at a place that would be close to all of the activities but also feel like we were at a getaway. This was definitely the place. This place was not over sold by the owner, I was super excited as we arrived. Clean home with nice soft sheets, towels etc... The owner Steve clearly spent a great deal of time to make his place as welcoming as possible. We had our 7 month old boy with us, the layout of the house and rooms worked well for us and the SALT WATER POOL IS AWESOME! Our favorite things were the walk along the mountains just outside the gated community and the Joshua National Park. Both of which were in the activities book Steve prepared. Most of all hanging out as a family at the house with the pool watching my only son go from crawling to cruising was my favorite part.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This home is perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation in the desert. Its location is ideally situated in the heart of La Quinta and is very close to golf courses, shopping and activities. The home is beautiful, very clean and comes with all of the amenities one needs to have a wonderful time. The owners were very nice and helpful to answer any questions we had about the property. We will definitely recommend this vacation home to our friends and family who visit the desert and we hope to come back very soon as well.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

As experienced seasonal renters, we are pleased to recommend this property. It is a large, very nicely furnished, well maintained and equipped house with many luxury features. The location and community were great with shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Everything we could have wanted during our stay was provided in all areas of the home and best of all, everything worked! Our family gathered at VRBO #366471 for our son's wedding at the La Quinta Country Club Clubhouse. The listing photos and description helped us choose this house from the various VRBO listings for the area. We thought the price was very reasonable and definitely cheaper than reserving 3 hotel rooms for my family. We each enjoyed our own bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom. The master bedroom & bath is particularly spacious. There were several areas for small group conversations, good TVs, beautiful pool/spa, big well-supplied kitchen, 3 dining areas, beautiful views, and all very clean and well-maintained. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
