Two-bedroom, direct ocean front condo located at Holiday Villas II, 19610 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, FL, between Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches and south of Tampa. Sleeps 6. Tampa International Airport is 20 miles away.
The condo was recently remodeled in 2008 and has ceramic floor tile throughout. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and the baths. The condo has two bedrooms (queen bed in one room and two full beds in the other bedroom) and two full baths. The master bath has a walk-in shower. There are stainless steel appliances. A 28’ balcony overlooks the beach and the ocean. There is a heated swimming pool.

Surroundings:
From the balcony, you can watch brilliant-colored sunsets in the evening or dolphins swimming by in the morning. The only sound at night is the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Disney World is 90 miles away. No pets or smoking allowed.

You will not believe what an unbelievable value you get when you rent this condo. This place is so nice, I can't tell you. No one would be disappointed staying in this condo. Everything looks brand new; it is kept so nice. The kitchen is well stocked, beach toys & chairs are provided. We just needed to show up with a beach towel and a swimming suit. You won't get any closer to the water without being in it. It was great to sit on the shaded balcony with a cool drink and watch the kids play in the sand as long as they want. Did I mention the sunsets ? Simply breathtaking. I will NEVER stay at another condo in Tampa Bay now that I've discovered this one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family came to the area and Kay's condo without knowing much about the Indian Shores area. Kay was so gracious to answer all our questions and let us know what things there were to do around the area. Besides for the well-appointed condo which has been cleaned and maintained extremely well, the place was perfect for those who LOVE the beach!! The condo was spacious and bright! The beach was right in front of us and opening the balcony in the AM to have a cup of tea/coffee was simply amazing. The whole experience was fabulous! Our children loved it! Definitely we will come back again and I recommend this place to everyone!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I've rented many different condo in Florida over the years, but this one was THE best. It was so well kept and simply gorgeous inside. The master bathroom is simply elegant. The lovely rataan furniture made you realize you were on the beach in Florida. The balcony allows a spectactular view of the gulf and those priceless sunset. We saw dolphins swimming to the north in the morning while having coffee on the balcony. This condo has everything you would ever need to enjoy your vacation. All you need to pack is a swimming suit, beach towel, and sunscreen. Kay does an excellent job maintaining the place. I've already recommended her place to several people. You would not be disappointed staying here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After vacationing in the Holiday Villas II complex for several years, we decided we were happiest when we were in this complex. So, in early 2010 we began to research property available for sale and found this wonderful condo. We purchased it in 2010 and plan to utilize it fully when we retire in the next couple of years.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the outlet shopping in the area. While there are certain restaurants we enjoy, we are always trying a new one. Each time we stay at the condo, we find new attractions in the area. Many times guests share how much they enjoyed an activity which were were unaware of. There are always new places to see and visit.
