This apartment was fantastic. Clean, great location, layout, tram stop right outside and close to all amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Mani was a great host and was available for anything that we needed.

Great location, very clean, quiet. Mani was there to greet us on time, with helpful info . We had a nice bakery across the street, croissants in the morning were fabulous. You felt so safe here as well as everywhere in Vienna. We will recommend to our friends.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment; it is very clean and has a great location. The tram stopped at our doorstep and the U bahn is just a short 6-7 minutes walk.lt is also very close to the bakery and supermarket. Mani the landlord is very helpful and accomodating and is available 24 hours for any queries/problems

A friend and I stayed here for several days in July. The apartment was clean and neat and the furnishings were extremely comfortable. When we arrived, Mani was there to meet us. He told us how to arrange for public transport tickets (very important), and also gave recommendations as to where we might want to eat, and gave us directions to the military museum (our number one reason for visiting). Furthermore, he gave us information about the neighborhood, and showed us on a map our location with reference to some of the more tourist areas. One of the nicest features about the apartment was the location. The S-Bahn stops right across the street, and the 0 line takes you directly to the tourist areas with no changes. Additionally, the U-Bahn station is about a five minute walk (10 minutes if you have luggage), and is the station where the CAT stops as well, so it is convenient when one is going to/coming from the airport. It was a great stay, and if I am ever in Vienna again, I will be contacting Mani about this apartment.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Everything about this appartment is great. The pictures are accurate - it is a clean, well-lit, modern appartment that is minutes from everything in Vienna. Within 100 meters of the front door, there is a grocery store (50m) a pharmacy (30m) and a really nice resturaunt 60m... The tram stops outside the door (return from city) and the tram stop to go into the city is 100m from the front door. Could not be more convenient. My daughter and I used this appartment for one week in July 2012 and I plan to come back with my wife for a week either next year or the year after... Mani the landlord is great - was here to greet us on-time. He showed us where everything is and how to work the equipment. I have been using VRBO for approx 10 years and this is the best experience I have had in that time....

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Immaculate apartment. Clean, well supplied and central to all Vienna sites. Mani, the owner, went out of his way to get us settled in. The listing is correct. The streetcar stop is across the street and rund directly to Hofburg, the Opera and all central Vienna locations. Apartment is in easy walking distance to the Prater and Stadtpark. It should be noted there is no air conditioning, but with strong construction, the apartment remained cool enough to sleep well. The bed is very comfortable, there is a good wi-fi signal and good TV service as well. Overall, a strong bargain and highly recommended.

The apartment was spotless and in a great location. It was perfect for a couple and bigger than we expected with a separate kitchen as well as a separate toilet and a bathroom with a good washing machine. It was in a great location with trams outside the front door. It was also very quiet being at the back of the apartment block. There are nearby shops, including a small supermarket and a bakery. Mani was very helpful and it exceeded our expectations. The restaurant nearby called Wild was also great and well frequented by the locals, which is always a good sign. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Description accurate. Clean and convenient. No noise. WiFi. Excellently situated to stay and visit Vienna. A good (for welcome and practical information) customer service. I recommend this flat to friends and relatives.

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Vienna while visiting my daughter. After arriving at the apartment, Mani was there to meet us and showed us where everything could be found. The tram stops right outside the front and you could not ask for a better location. Also it was very clean and spacious. Definitely a great apartment, great location and I highly recommend this. What a GREAT stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and VERY close to all the sights. We could either hop on the street car that stops IN FRONT of the door or walk down to the City Airport Train station and grab another metro line OR even just walk up the street to the main shopping/dining area. So great! Not to mention the fact that Mani himself was so helpful. When we got into the city, we had a really hard time finding a bank since it was Saturday. He let us use his cell phone to call our credit card companies and stayed with us until we figured everything out. He definitely helped our transition because it could've been EXTREMELY stressful. Superb premium apartment in excellent location

Having been met by our gracious and very accommodating host we were delighted to find that our apartment was very well appointed, decorated to a very high standard and was supplied with everything that one would need for a short or long term stay. It is extremely clean, kitted out with very modern fittings and fixtures, located in a very quiet area and very comfortable and warm, which was great as it was very very cold. Just outside the apartment are a supermarket, bakery and excellent restaurant, so we were never short of supplies. We walked everywhere as it is only a few minutes away from Vienna's historical and commercial center, its main attractions and bars/restaurants. It is also only a few minutes walk from the CAT train station which links to Vienna Airport in about 20 minutes. We couldn't recommend this premium apartment more, it was truly fantastic. This aparment on Radetzki street was absolutely great, comfortable, big and close to everything, and very quiet at night! Supermarket, drugstore, tram, u-ban, and cat-train to the airport are in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. And our agent Mani was extremely helpful and polite. I think it will be difficult to find more comfortable place to stay in Viena and for this price!

New studio apartment, minutes of old town Vienna

The first impression of this apartment rental was with my positive interactions (both through email and in person) with the landlord, Mani. Mani is charming, helpful and will go out of his way to ensure your experience at his apartment and in Vienna is first rate. For example, he allowed my wife and I to check into the apartment early. He ensured that we had all of the necessary information to make our stay easy and comfortable. He booked a taxi for us to ensure that we would be picked up at the apartment upon our departure to the Vienna airport. He also emphasized that he could be contacted 24 hours a day for any questions or concerns. The second impression is the rental web-site. It is extremely comprehensive, with many quality photos of the apartment. The website even provides distances from the suite to all major attractions. The suite is a 10-15 minute walk to old town. There is also a tram that runs frequently immediately outside of the apartment entrance. My final impression was the apartment itself. It has all brand new appliances that are of the highest quality. The pictures on the website do it justice. Everything is in outstanding working order. It is a very spacious studio suite with separate kitchen, bathroom (shower) and washing machine and a separate toilet area. The rental cost was very reasonable and includes free wi-fi. I only have one suggestion for improvement and that would be the addition of a fold up luggage holder to place suitcases on rather than on the floor. I rate this studio apartment including the owner as ten out ten.

Quiet clean apartment in great location

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and found this to be an ideal place. It was easy to find from the airport on the CAT train and convenient to public transportation but it was wonderful to stay in a residential, quiet neighborhood. Mani is very helpful. The apartment has full kitchen and it was great to have the washer. You do need to bring your own shampoo etc. but there is a grocery around the corner. The tram is very easy and safe to use day and night. (I recommend an unlimited pass for your stay, a bargain) Do eat at Wild, around the corner for breakfast and dinner --non-touristy with great food and lovely staff. I've already recommended this place to my brother, the world traveler-- doesn't get any better than that. We enjoyed the Opera and the Haus der Musik Museum.

This Vienna-Living apartment is a hidden gem waiting to be found! The location is so convenient yet quiet. The apartment itself is very spacious, well-equipped (lightning-speed WiFi, coffee machine, stove, washing machine... etc.) and incredibly comfortable! The homeyness of the apartment is well-remembered even after our trip was over! Also, the manager of the apartment, Mani, is such a nice and accommodating gentleman! He had taken very good care of us even before we arrived in Vienna! All in all, we had an immensely wonderful time at this apartment! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!

We stay one week in this apartment, which we liked a lot. Location is convinient, close to the heart of the city and tram stops in front of the building. Apartment is inside of the building, very quiet and you can not hear any noise from the street. Place is sparkling clean and very well equiped with brand new appliences. The owner Mani is very nice and helpful. We will recomend the place to our friends and when we come back to Viena we are going to stay in this apartment. Inna

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well appointed, clean, a good size for two adults, and convenient to public transportation. It was also an easy and pleasant walk into town and countless restaurants. There is a grocery store and Bipa right around the corner and a nice bakery right across the road. The apartment looked out onto a courtyard and was very quiet. Mani was very accommodating meeting us late on Saturday night to check in, and he was very helpful providing us with guidance in terms of transportation, restaurants, etc.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Estuvimos tres noches en este fantástico apartamento. Somos una familia de tres adultos y fue perfecto: es un lugar limpio, lleno de luz y tranquilidad, parecía que lo estrenábamos. La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a todas partes; no obstante, puedes llegar en transporte público a los lugares más estratégicos de Viena. Mani, el propietario, fue muy amable indicándonos el único supermercado abierto en festivo y ayudándonos con la hora algo tardía de llegada (aunque cobra el servicio, quizá en Austria esta práctica es común, aunque a nosotros nos chocó un poco). En cualquier caso, fue siempre muy atento con nosotros. Las camas son muy cómodas para descansar de las caminatas, el baño amplio y como nuevo, la conexión a internet sin problemas, el ambiente cálido y acogedor. La cocina es muy agradable para comer, aunque echamos de menos algo de menaje: por ejemplo no había sacacorchos, ni sartén, ni espumadera, aunque seguro que Mani, tan atento a los detalles, lo soluciona para la próxima vez. Gracias porque daba gusto regresar a casa por las noches y poder recuperarse del ajetreo de la ciudad.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Strategically located with an excellent connection from/to airport (20 min). Walking distance to city center, museums, Prater, restaurants, the Danube beaches. Very well equiped and very nicely designed. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Friendly service by Mani: realiable and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

The appartment is sparkingly clean, appointed very tastefully and it is very comfortable. The best advantage of this accommodation is that it provides an easy access to many important historic and cultural places in Vienna. I was with my mother who is 80 years old and I was worried about walking to all these places. Fortunately the street tram stops in front of the building and takes you directly to the Opera House, the museums, the Hofburgs, Belvedere, the Kunst museum, the Prater and Hundertwasser House. The owners were very kind and helpful. I coudn't make a better choice and will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends.

My boyfriend had an amazing vacation in Vienna. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Everything was spotless, and I loved the way the apartment was decorated. The windows are high and let in a lot of natural light. The bed was very comfortable and spatious, and the TV even had a couple channels that were able to be switched to English. The kitchen was fully equipped and was practically set up. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom to do some laundry! Another great thing about this apartment is that it is right across the street from a tram stop, thus getting anywhere is extremely easy! It is centrally located and we could get to all of our destinations easily, and quickly. Mani, the landord, and his wife are extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you so much for having us. We had such a wonderful stay, and felt like they really went out of their way to make us comfortable. Even though we only stayed two nights, it felt like home and we were able to relax and get a good nights rest in between sight-seeing. Since the apartment is located on the inside of the building, we were not disturbed by any loud noises. Again, great location, great apartment, great landlord! I will be recommending this vacation rental to all of my friends. You will not be disappointed here!
