Longing for a memorable beach vacation? This spacious, privately-owned, professionally decorated beach house with splendid ocean views is located on Pleasure Island in the upscale community of SeaWatch at Kure Beach.
The house was recently completed by renown coastal builder Alan Votta in late June 2011. Be one of the first to enjoy the all new furnishings, appliances and decorations!
House Amenities
Inside, the house is beautifully designed with coastal living in mind for both the young and old alike. This well-appointed home offers a large open Kitchen bordered by the Great Room and Dining areas all with ocean views. Bedrooms and Baths are privately tucked away. With luxury throughout, you will enjoy such amenities as all stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash & fireplace surround, granite counter tops, walk-in pantry, Weber Grill, outdoor shower, and a whole house music system.
A home theater room on the lower level, two 50 inch high definition TVs with blueray players and three additional LCD TVs in the adult Bedrooms provide entertainment. Four decks provide more views of the ocean and areas to sun during the day or to gather for wine or lemonade.
Community Amenities
Seawatch at Kure Beach is the premiere community in the area. The private beach access is a stones throw from the front door and provides bathrooms, a 'Tiki Bar' with refrigerator, stereo and large deck area to gather and enjoy the views of the beach. The Beach is very wide and at low tide is perfect for young children to play in the small waves. As the tide comes up, the swells get bigger enabling the more adventurous to boogie board and even surf.
The neighborhood is on a loop with very limited access from outside. This provides safety for children as they ride their bikes or adults that want to take a stroll after dinner to admire the architecture of the neighborhood. A well maintained tennis court, private community pool (renters allowed) with two bathhouses and a playground provide entertainment for the whole family.
Area Attractions: Nearby attractions include Fort Fisher Civil War fort and museum, Kure Beach fishing Pier, wonderful Aquarium with a great collection of animals and educational activities, Carolina Beach carnival, multiple restaurants and bars a short drive away.
Historic Wilmington is a 20 minutes drive with museums, walking tours, boat tours and several highly rated golf courses.

Brand-new place; beautiful lay-out for vacationing with family and friends. Nice rear-deck for BBQ-ing. Large round dining table seats all confortably. We had a blast and the best beach experience ever.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
