WE HAVE A NEW PRIVATE SOLAR HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND WHIRLPOOL A 4000 SQUARE FOOT AREA EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUR GUESTS WITH A POOLSIDE CABANA.
The cabana is a 2000 sq ft social area with the true feel of Mexico with stained glass Windows and Mexican tile throughout. There is a large 20' x 20' kitchen with 40' of counter tops perfect for buffet serving. The kitchen has microwave, large refrigerator and a separate freezer in a 8' by 10' pantry. The pantry has shelves for storage of food, paper goods and beverages. Dishes, pots and silverware provided. The Jenair stove has oven and food warmer.
The cabana has a 65" T V with 186 chanels of Direct TV plus NFL Football package and NHL hockey. A boom box stereo supplies music for inside and outside by the pool. Tables and Chairs for guests are located inside the cabana. There are 2 bathrooms one inside and the other outside by the pool. The pool has a 103 degree heated whirlpool, solar heated swimming pool and 2' kiddie pool. There is a Mexican brick charcoal Bar B Q by the pool. THE CABANA IS FREE WITH THE RENTAL OF TWO OR THREE VILLAS.

The villas are three story, spacious, 5400 square feet of living area plus a beautiful garden area. We have 10000 square feet with spectactular views of gardens and ocean. Very private and serene. We have three separate villas all with three bedrooms, two baths with private patios, and cement steps with rails to the beach. The building sits on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean with dolphins swimming by and jumping in the surf. Each balcony represents 1 villa. Real Del Mar Golf Coarse is 3 minutes away, perfect for golfers.
Villa #1 has one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in bedroom #2, one queen bed in bedroom #3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Villa #2 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in bedroom #2, A double bed and a twin bed in bedroom #3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Villa #3 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in bedroom #2, two twin beds in bedroom #3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our villas are located in a quiet setting and are for rest and enjoyment. FIREWOKS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN SAN ANTONIO.
Each villa is 1800 square feet with beautiful Mexican tile and decor. With concrete and steel construction you have the ultimate in privacy interior and exterior. All kitchen amenities. WE SUPPLY; bath towels, all linen, kitchen soaps and trash bags. PLEASE BRING; beach towels,your personal bath products, ice, and paper goods. We have robes and propane log heaters for winter.
Security deposit $200 to $1000. The security deposit is NOT part of the rental payment but will returned to you with in 15 days of departure if everything is in good order and there is no damage to the villa or extra unpaid guests. After e mail confirmation any additional guests [ adult or child] must be disclosed by e mail prior to your arrival at an additional $50.00 per person per night. Failure to do so could result in immediate eviction and forfiet of all monies [security deposit and rental payment]. There is a $100.00 per villa cleaning fee required plus $100 cleaning fee cabana use.
Cancellation policy; 50% of payment returned if we can rerent at same amount of payment.
Pet friendly with fee and permission $50.00. Dog kennel is necessary- 2 night stay.
Rental payment due in full 60 days prior to start date. A personal check or Bank transfer is accepted.
Undisclosed guests [adults and children]or pets will be charged $50 each per night.
Each villa has a master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath with tub for 2 overlooking the beach. Each villa has a large country kitchen that overlooks the beautiful beach with seating for ten with extra-large storage cabinets for cases of Coke, etc. Beautiful blue glare and heat resistant glass for your comfort. Built in large charcoal grill on patio. We have 5 gallon elec. water coolers. We supply the first bottle additional bottles are $4.00 per bottle.
Perfect for two people, comfortable and convenient for groups. Can be rented by a couple or a group. Groups have their privacy and their togetherness. Can be rented for special events like weddings, reunions, corperate meetings, golf, etc. They can rent two or three villas at a special rate. The villas have a total of three living areas, three kitchens, three patios, three barbecues, nine bedrooms, and six baths. There is 5400 square feet of living area plus a beautiful garden area and off-street parking for five cars. There is also parking on the street. This is a dead end street with an oceanfront park next door for walks, vollyball etc.
SAN ANTONIO IS A GATED COMMUNITY COMPLEX with an oceanfront pool, tennis court, and a beach access ramp for cars and three wheelers to enjoy a ride on the beach. San Antonio is located 12 miles below the San Diego border via the scenic toll road and four miles north of Rosarito Beach across the toll road from Real Del Mar Country Club at km 19. The country club has golf, a spa, massage, and swimming.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Take I-5 or I-805 from San Diego to the Mexican border. Stay in the far right lane and follow signs to Rosarito via Rte. 1 scenic toll road. When you see Real Del Mar exit continue under the overpass and exit to the right immediately at the green sign saying San Antonio NTE. This is the north entrance to San Antonio. Pass through the guard station and continue straight to the ocean. Turn left and proceed one block to the end of the road to 1001 Duna with sign on garage that says PAT AND BOB.
