This was our 1st "real" family vacation, after searching literately for months, we found the right home for us, with renting from Chris & Elaine! Their home was so clean, comfortable and inviting, we really felt like we could move right in! There was plenty of towels, dishes and room. The pool was the icing on the cake for us! After being in the parks with three kids, it was so nice to skip "home" (as it was only 10 minutes away) for lunch, a swim and afternoon nap and then go back to the parks later in the day. All of our questions were quickly answered. I would 100% recommend this property to everyone! We're already planning our 2nd trip and will definitely be staying at Chris & Elaine's home again, it truly is a home! Thank-you so much for allowing us to stay here :)Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Chris and Elaine's home. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. The home was very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and Disney World. Thanks so much!Recommended for: Families with teenagers

Our daughter had an internship at Disney World so my husband, daughter, 2 friends of hers and I headed to Orlando for a week to visit with her. The best thing about the trip aside from the company I was keeping was your house! The pictures don't do it justice. There were times that we had 8 adults in the house, and we were never on top of each other. There was plenty to do with the pool, pool table, ping pong table, and other board games and a large TV with a DVD player that were supplied. Internet connection was no problem. When somebody needed privacy there was a beautiful living room and other areas we could retreat to for peace and quiet. Your house is convenient to everything. Shopping galore, including groceries, almost any restaurant and of course Disney. We visited a Disney property almost everyday and it only took 20 minutes to get there. I never expected to have an all adult trip to Disney and I am so happy that we found your house! It was clean, well maintained, and so comfortable! I was also impressed with all of the thought and concern you put into the house for families with children. I found the safety features to be above board. I also love the entry into the house as we never had to worry about who had the keys. Thank you so much for your quick response to my inquiry and your patience and kindness. You made the whole rental process so easy! The rental price on the house was amazing and much better than others in the Lindfields community. I love the notebooks full of information, and all of the information you sent me ahead of time with attractions, restaurants and shopping availability. You guys have really gone out of your way to make sure your renters have a comfortable and easy vacation. I have told all of my friends about your home and anybody else who will listen. we were very impressed with all the emails we got with guidelines to the house and guides to shopping, what to see and dinning in the area. i was actually so impressed so when we went thru the preflight-check in frankfurt airport, i recommended the house to the guy who was checking our passport and Esta application. typing the address in the computer 5 times, he said he would dream about that address. then he asked if it was a good place, and i said it was the first time there, but our impression of the house and the owners was really good so far. so i got the papers out with the homepage wich he then wrote down so he could check it out. and did it live up to our expactations... YES couldnt put a finger on anything. had a wonderfull 14 days vacation and it was always a joy comming "home" after a long day and relax either in the pool or in the livingroom. my daughters loved the pool and even comming back from a waterpark they went straight out in the pool. there was so much space that we didnt have any problems having some time of privacy when needed. so i can only say thanks for "borrowing" your house. we really enjoyed it.Owner response: Thanks a lot for the super review!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Disney on our recent vacation.....equally enjoyable were the wonderful accommodations at your lovely home. After spending long but exciting days in the parks, we looked forward to enjoying everything your home had to offer - super clean, comfortable furnishings; everything we needed at our fingertips; quiet, relaxing neighborhood; games for all us kids; close proximity to the parks; a warm, inviting pool, and much, much more. Time spent in your home was a vacation in itself. Thank you for opening up your home for my family and adding to our family vacation memories! Immediately upon first contact, the owners of this property, Chris & Elaine, were prompt and friendly in responding to our inquiries. They even made the effort to provide us with their recommedations regarding golf, restaurants and shopping which we found to be extremely helpful. The home itself is beyond expectations. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice. It is much nicer in person. The decorating of the home creates a warm, inviting, Florida feel which relaxes you and makes you feel like you're on vacation. The furnishings, from the Lazy Boys in the Family room to the couches in the livingroom to the beds are all extremely comfortable. I was pleased to the large quantities of towels, bedding, pillows, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. that were provided. We actually had enough dinnerware etc to completely fill the dishwasher and still have enough for another couple of meals. Not something you normally find in rentals properties. The property is also extremely clean. Me being a clean freak, checked the corners of the bathrooms and kitchen etc. The floors were spotless, as were the bathrooms, and kitchen. The home is well supplied with instruction guides for the entainment systems etc. This home provides what I consider to be far above average quality of all items. This home could serve as a cozy romantic getaway spot, a perfect spot for a few couples or a perfect spot for families. The pool area is unbelievable. A perfect spot to have your morning coffee watching the squirels, gekos etc (whichare all kept outside by the screening) or a perfect spot for fun in the pool. The location is also great with easy access to all the amusement parks, shopping close by and several quality and family restaurants close by. From the owners' unbelievable assistance, to the quality of all aspects of this home, to it's location, we don't believe there could be a better choice, especially because of Chris & Elaine and the price and quality, for anyone to choose than this home. We only stayed 2 weeks this year and we're already making arrangements to come for 3 weeks next year. Thank you Chris and Elaine for providing such a lovely home which certainly contributed to one of the very best vacations we have ever had. One last comment, the pool and pingpong tables added a couple of nights of fun for us as well. All in all ... couldn't have been better...... we'll be back and will highly recommend to friends, family and colleagues.Owner response: Wow! What a reveiw - many thanks!!!!

I stayed here with my children a few years ago, what a fabulous villa. Its so spacious clean and has everything you require and more. The pool is lovely and its also great if you want a swim in the dark as the pool has lights. Its also ideally situated for the theme parks and supermarkets. Chris and Elaine are so helpful from the moment you inquire until you come back. We so want to go back and never stop dreaming of this happening again. A wonderful home from home for our Florida vacation. The pool is great and it was a struggle to get the kids away from it some days. The photos don't really do the villa justice. The location is great for local restaurants and stores, and the disney parks are only a short drive away. We enjoyed the large well cared for home. The temperature of the pool made it easy for us to use it everyday. Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store., and Disney World. It was exactly what we expected from the info we were given on VRBO. Making arrangements with the owners was simple and convenient as was the return of our deposit. Will be pleased to recommend to our friends and family as well as a possible return visit for us.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time in Orlando. The villa was was excellent better than the discription. The location was great just off 192. All the amenities were perfect, Everything you required were provided at a good standard. The layout of the villa suited our family very well. The villa was very clean and tidy, very well maintained to a very high standard. The owners were very helpfully and offered good customer service. We were well situated to visit all Disney Parks, Universal studios, Seaworld parks. We would recommend this well equipped villa to our family and friends. Extremely close to all parks - we visited Disney Parks and Sea World. We all loved the pool and got plenty of use out of it. Lots of space and fully equipped with anything we could possibly need (including baby items as we have a 1 year old). The home highly exceeded our expectations. We plan on booking again for next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The listing of this home was very accurate and we were very pleased with our accomodations at Chris and Elaine's home. Both Chris and Elaine were very easy to work with and very responsive all of our email inquiries...both before, during and after our stay. The property was very well maintained. Our boys (ages 7 and 10) loved the pool (especially at night) and the pool and ping pong table in the garage! This is a GREAT alternative to staying at a hotel. Our family had a great time. We found the house more than comfortable. The kids couldn't get enough of the fabulous pool. I am glad we opted for the heater. Even though it was warm while we were there, it made morning swimming enjoyable for the kids. The house is close enough to everything. We would definately stay at this property again. It is also plenty large for families plus. There were only 4 of us, but we could have brought more, there was plenty of room.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
