  This was our second time staying in this townhome. We feel like home has we did the last time. The townhome and the gated community are kept parkling clean. The resort was paceful.   We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse, nicely furnished. The house was impeccable at our arrival and we spent an amazing week there. It's located close to everything for a perfect dream vacation; Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Water Parks, outlets, restaurants, groceries. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the spa at the end of the day visiting attractions. We even played tennis and the court is floodlit at night. We strongly recommand this house for a vacation in Orlando and we would definitely go back there. Thanks again to the owner for being kind and available to answer our questions throughout the reservation process ans during our stay. Karine and Robert

  Excellent location, just off the 192, 15 minutes from Disney. Ideal for eating out/shopping. The town house was clean, nicely furnished and was bigger than it looked in the photo's. Excellent value for money, felt very safe and comfortable here, will go back and certainly recommend for anyone visiting the theme parks. Management company just a phone call away for any extra's that we needed, brilliant service. Thank you

  Condo CocoPalm de 3 c/c+3 sdb luxueux, propre et bien entretenu, dépasse mes attentes. J'aime la piscine du condo, même si elle est petite, me donne des moments de relaxation en intimité. La grande piscine du complexe est belle, pour ceux qui aiment la natation. Bien situé: très proche des parcs de Disney, a peine 25min de Universal Studio Sans oublier la proximité du grand centre commercial Premium.

  We were very pleased with the accommodation this clean little townhouse had to offer. The proximity to the theme parks was reasonable (30 min from Universal Studio and only 15 min from Disney). The resort pool was nice for the kids! In overall, our stay was enjoyable! Nina N.

  Very nice and spacious house. Lovely decorated. Very very clean ++. Everything was there. Kitchen was full equip. Kids loved the facilities at the club house (pool, game room and movie theatre). All the family loved it and wanted to return. Josée C. Repentigny

  We were very pleased with the accommodation which was of a really high standard. The community is a little isolated, in European terms and this presented a bit of a problem until we hired a car. It would have been nice to be able to avail of restaurant and bar facilities late in the evening. We found all of the staff really friendly and helpful, particularly Denise on reception. Altogether our stay was most enjoyable and I would not hesitate to return to Paradise Palms.

  We recently stayed in Orlando for our family reunion. The rental property truly exceeded our expectations! The townhouse was very nicely maintained and decorated, and extremely clean. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably fit our family's needs. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items and had the added bonus of carrying plastic cups, bowls and plates for small children. Each unit has a personal small pool, which was very convienent for our group with children (plus the pool was heated!). The amenities on-site were wonderful. We took full advantage of the movie room, full arcade area, and playground area for the children. The club house also has a very nice tiki bar with courteous staff. We did not use the club house pool facilities because the weather was a bit cold, but I can only imagine that during the summer time this area is awesome! Overall, I highly recommend staying here because of the close proximity to all the theme parks, about 10 to 15 mins...and many restaurants (though we used the full kitchen almost every night). The customer service we received from the booking agent was great; always eager to please...and the ease of paying for the rental made our complete experience wonderful. THANK YOU!!

  Everything in this property is nice. The furnished kitchen, rooms and bathrooms are impressive and clean! We were few minutes away from Disneyworld and outlet stores. Excellent for kids and shopping. We will definitely come back and we recommend it to everybody. Denise C Montreal
