Thanks for visiting our web site and welcome to Lake Ozarks and Osage Beach. The Ledges Condo Complex is the most popular vacation lodging location in Osage Beach/Lake Ozark. Located just off Missouri Hwy 54 at the 20.5 mile marker. The Ledges is bright, clean, spacious, and on the first floor.
The living room has all the comforts of home including BRAND NEW 46 inch flat screen TV with cable , DVD and CD player. Come and enjoy the morning sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on the screened in deck over-looking the lake with a great view. The deck also comes complete with gas grill (propane provided) and patio furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster for those relaxing meals at home. The dining area comes complete with table and chairs, or you can enjoy your meals out on the deck while relaxing on the bar-height table and chairs.
The condo has two large bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, and bathroom with twin vanities, tub/shower. It also has private access to the deck. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and is adjacent to its own bathroom. The couch in the living room is comfortable and can sleep one person comfortably. The Condo is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. All towels and bed linens are provided. Please no smoking and no pets allowed.
The complex has two swimming pools, one overlooking the main channel at the point or a children's pool nearby. There is a quiet cove area at the Ledges featuring a sandy beach. The surrounding area also offers many great golf courses, 110-shop outlet mall, specialty and boutique shops, go-carts, miniature golf courses, horseback riding, and scenic lookouts. You are within walking distance to the most popular golf course on the lake.

I would like to strongly recommend this property and this condo owner to anyone looking to spend some time in a condo that is in excellent shape. My family was very pleaseed to see that we could find such a great place to stay that had such a reasonable price and was so close to the local attractions. We were treated very nice by the owners and hope to be back at this property in the future. You'll have a great stay with this property.

Last weekend (Oct 7-9) was our first time to rent this condo. We chose it primarily based on its location (close to shopping, restaurants, etc) and the many positive comments from previous visitors. The comments were right on target. The Hightowers have a very nice condo and we highly recommend it to anyone who is going to the Lake of the Ozarks area and wants to stay in a clean, comfortable, well-kept home away from home. The Hightowers also do a great job of making you feel welcome both before and after your visit. We definitely would choose this condo again.

Excellent condo! It was quiet, clean and close to the boat slip, I highly recommend. We spend time at the Lake every year and this was our first time at the Ledges we will definitly rent this one again. While you are there try the Pit Stop (1 cove over and close by car) great food.

We had a nice stay. The condo was clean with a lake view. We enjoyed the screened in deck off the living room for morning coffee/breakfast. We fished from the docks, went boating and enjoyed one of the pools at the condo. Blue Moon Marina is located nearby and we rented a pontoon boat there. Condo is in close proximity to shopping, grocery stores & dining. Definitely eat at Bandana's BBQ restaurant. Miner Mike's is a fun place for kids/family. JB Hooks has great seafood if you are looking for an upscale dining experience.

Delightful. Peaceful. Immaculate. Everything we needed for our family reunion. This is our 4th visit at The Ledges, and The Hightowers' condo is one of the nicest. Coveside and close to my brother's boat ...we'll be back!

My wife and I were able to get away for a week without the kids. This was our first time staying in the Ozark area. The area is great. We are timeshare owners and already used our week for this year. This is a great condo! Everything was right at our doorstep. We loved the screened in porch at night. There was also great communication between us and Cathy which made us feel confident in our choice. Very RELAXING vacation. Thanks again, and we hope to be back again.

Before we decided on where we were going to spend our week's family vacation we searched a lot of condo's. We have stayed and many different condo's in Osage Beach and this by far was the best. It accommodated a family of 5 very comfortably. The boat docks were close and convenient. Quite cove with no water movement (no need to worry about boat being banged around). The neighbors were all friendly, and most of all the condo was well kept up, clean, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. We visit Osage Beach every year and we will definitely come back to stay in this condo.

We had a great time staying at the condo. It's perfectly located close to many of the best restaurants on the lake. If you love golf like we do, there's great golf courses minutes away. The condo was in excellent condition and easily accommodated our whole family. It felt like we were right at home!! Being on the first floor was also a great plus and the boat dock was only steps away. We look forward to many return visits....hopefully longer next year.
