This beautiful new beach home is located on a quiet street with woodlands across the street. The house is a short flat walk through the neighborhood to the beach and provides a host of amenities to make it the perfect family beach getaway!
The main level features a one car garage that is available for guest use along with a spacious kitchen and dining area and living room. The kitchen is well stocked for making family meals and there is a dining table that seats 4 with a bar area that seats 3 more. The living room features a convertible sofa and a large flat screen TV with cable. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor with a tub and shower.
All three bedrooms are on the second level with 2 bunk beds in the kids room and a queen bed in the other two bedrooms. The second full bathroom and the washer and dryer are on the upper level as well.
The back yard features a gas grill and a concrete patio area that make a great place for gathering and star gazing after a long day at the beach. Rockaway Beach is full of fun activities for the whole family as there is an arcade, an old fashioned train, and some great local restaurants. There are also some wonderful fishing, crabbing and clamming areas throughout the area.
The house is also pet friendly, only $10/night per pet. Only one pet is allowed per reservation with a 35 lb limit.

Great place for families. The kids loved the bunk beds. There was a little door that led to a tiny room under the stairs that entertained the kids for a long time. My only complaint was the condition of the grill. The house was advertised to have a gas grill so we were prepared to grill all our dinners. The grill is really a tiny portable gas grill and was so dirty that it was unusable. We just did our cooking in the kitchen which was fine.Recommended for: Families with young children.

I loved this place and it would be able to sleep more then it says. It was clean, neat. quiet and fun. I didn't like the driving directions but over all a great place to beRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
