A great place to stay for a wonderful vacation

We stayed in this house for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the surroundings and the house. Sitting on the back deck watching the little birds swooping at the hawks was fun to watch. Love the open space behind the house. Our children both came with their families at separate times and there was everything we needed. The playpen and highchair were great to have for the little ones. Our grandson loved the wooden blocks and played with them endlessly! Everyone loved the pool and that it was in the sun for most of the day. The beach toys came in handy when we went to Clearwater Beach for the day. The location of the house makes it easy to head to either coast for the day. And it was close to all the Disney attractions, Sea World and Legoland. The shopping is all nearby. We found everything we needed within 15 minutes of the house and when we wanted more, the outlet malls were not very far!! There are many great restaurants in the area as well. Kathy and Doug were very helpful from the time we inquired about the rental all the way through to the end of our stay. And David, the property manager, was always available whenever we needed anything. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great house

The house was exactly as advertised and everyone was great to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues we called about and David, the property manager was prompt to deal with them. The location was conveniently located and very quiet. I would highly recommend this property. Kelly

Perfect place for holiday time

We just reserved this wonderful place for another two months next year. It is everything as advertised and more. Close to all attractions, even the newly opened Leggoland which is about a 1/2 hour nice drive south. All other attractions are less than that and shopping and restaurants are all at hand. Walmart, Target super store, etc etc are within 15 minutes, a nice Publix grocery store is within a couple of minutes. The home is large, very clean, convenient, well equipped, and most importantly for us, quiet and private. Sitting out by the nice heated pool, watching the birds flying over the large open area at the rear was a joy. The property manager and the owners are extremely cooperative and just like neighbourhood friends to deal with. We have been using similar type accomodation in many countries for many years and this one was among the best and great value. Thanks Doug and Kathy.

We just got back from a one week stay at this beautiful property. The owners Doug and Kathy are extremely kind. They were very quick with their responses and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had in a fast and efficient manner. We had requested a high chair for our stay and the property manager Brian brought it over within an hour of our arrival..... talk about great service! This house truly felt like our home away from home and we did not want to leave. It has everything you could need - tv's in each room, pool toys, games, and so much more. It really has all the amenities. We also loved the fact that it is family friendly. Our family consists of children age 2 to 12 and adults from age 29 to 65 and everyone had a great time! We look forward to booking this vacation property again soon :)

Very Nice House

My family and I just stayed here for our spring break vacation, and Had a wonderful time. The house was very nice and comfortable. We felt at home when we were there. My Children enjoyed the pool and I liked how the pool was in the sun most of the time. It was also nice that pool toys were already there and I didnt have to go buy any. We were close to all parks and the shopping for food was extremly close. I am looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Doug and Kathy for your kindness and the use of this house.

My husband and I stayed in this very well kept and nicely decorated home for 2 full months.It was like being in our own home.We had all the amenities we needed. I enjoyed the pool every single day even if the air in Feb. was a little chilly only a few days.We were close to all the grocery stores, Walmart and malls we were interested in.We had some family come for a few weeks and we had plenty of space.Nothing directly behind the home was kind of nice.It was wide open space.The owners were most gracious.The property management were there when needed.The yard and pool were kept in exceptional manner.Who wants to go home????Thank you Patricia & Patrick from Lasalle Ontario

The house was wonderful! It was very clean & well maintained. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend this property to friends & family. We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter loved the swimming pool!!!

My wife and I, her parents, her sister and brother-in-law, and their two kids ages 2 and 4 all stayed here for a week. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Doug was very friendly and the process was carefree. The home was spacious and clean and had a very nice layout for enjoying time with family. It's in a great location for a short drive to the Disney parks, as well as the outlet malls. It was also very close to a grocery market and a wal-mart. I highly recommend this property.

Hello, me and my family came down the week of July 21-25 for our family vacation. We had a blast staying at the house. This house has everything to accomdate your family even things for children such as a stroller that you can fit in the rental car to bring with you because everyone has too many bags. I think I even seen a playpen in the bedroom closet. The children loved the pool as well as the game room. From the house we were 30 minutes to an hour away from Sea World and Busch Gardens. This house was awesome for us because everyone had their own room and the boys my mom grandchildren slept on the let out sofa. I am just saying awesome, awesome, awesome.........If we return to Orlando we will definetly renting this place again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

In the comfort of this home, I was feeling like staying instead of visiting the theme parks. I really loved the house and I wish it was mine. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well as the game room. Everything was very clean and we couldn't afford to mess around and maintained its cleanliness. Also, the owners are so wonderful who took time to put the stuffs we forgot in a box , then send them to me here in Maryland! Wow!!!!!Lots of my friends were asking where it was as they saw our pictures taken in the house and I highly recommended it to them. Now, I plan to go back and stay there again in the future.

My brother and his family and my husband and I with our children (total 4 adults & 4 children aged 10-15) just spent a great week at this house. The pool, the ping pong table, the wi-fi and the AC made the house a great place to go back to after long, too hot and too crowded days at the parks. Cooking is easy, the Walmart next door is really convenient, and everything is sparkling clean. Almost no paperwork involved, very nice owners, excellent service from the the rental company who delivered a kitchen utensil within an hour after placing the request.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just want to confirm the last review from my sister. We came from Barcelona and we find the house perfect for this days. we missed a TV channel to see the soccer match from Barcelona FC!!!. I will fully recommend this location to my friends at family at Barcelona. Only one comment, only american people (so also my sister) would consider Wal-Mart as "next door shopping".... ;)

My wife and i along with our 3 yo son and my mom stayed in this home in April, it was a comfortable home, very spacious for only 1500sq ft, it felt much bigger. we spent a lot of time by the pool and in it. i would recommend this home to anyone, and we do plan to stay there again. great place for the money.

Our family loved the house. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was nice and warm. There were plenty of towels and clean linen. The community was quiet which was a great thing to come to after a busy and noisy day at Disney. The kids loved the game room and the spacious living room. The beds were comfortable too. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. All in all one of the best houses I've stayed.

My husband and I, along with our two kids, rented the home for a week in February and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect for the different Orlando attractions. The neighborhood is great and the home is very spacious. We enjoyed being able to relax in the evenings, while the kids had so much fun using the pool and game room. I would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the Orlando area!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home has a very family friendly layout, and the 4 bedrooms made for plenty of room. The house is located close to a Publix grocery store and a Wal-Mart Supercenter, and we were very happy with the short commute to Disney or SeaWorld. The pool was a huge plus... very clean and inviting! Being southwest of the Disney traffic, it was an easy shot down to Clearwater Beach..only an hour... would highly suggest the trip...beautiful beach! The home overall was very clean and well appointed. We would stay again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very well-maintained with clean sheets/towels, comfortable beds, warm pool and modern decor. The game room is also an added bonus. It was also nice to be close to a large grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!
