The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar. You will also find a washer and dryer for your up-most convenience.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and the master bathroom has beautiful tile work, a whirlpool tub, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom holds two twin beds, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and its own private access to the second bathroom.

We rented this condo for our family and completely enjoyed our stay! The view is MUCH better than the pictures and there have been some updates made to the unit itself that we didn't expect. The owner was very easy to work with and extremely reasonable with some last minute requests we made. We would not hesitate to rent this property again and plan on doing so - soon! We really enjoyed the convenience of the pool and beach being steps away and the development is also near excellent dining and shopping. Thanks again for your hospitality!

My family stayed at Fred's Condo for Spring Break. We had a great time. The resort is upscale and close to outlet mall (5 minutes away- driving), and so many nice restaurants. We took our bikes and did a lot of biking. The unit itself is clean, all updated with brand new furniture, appliances, and every thing you will need in the kitchen.

Hi Fred, I been wanting to leave you feedback for some time, but I kept forgetting and I got your email today and it reminded me to leave feedback for future Destin bound travelers. Folks, this unit is out of this world. I have been to many places in Destin during the past 20 years, but I have not come across a place so clean, so modern and up to date and with every small details taken care of by Fred and the cleaning crew. The view is breath-taking and that is the first thing you will notice as you open the front door. My family and I had a wonderful time and we will visit again for sure.

My family and I had a fabulous time in Destin over Thanksgiving. The condo was just perfect...my 4 year old daughter and 68 year old mother stayed in the room with the bunk beds, in which they both ended up on the lower bunk, but they had fun with it, thinking they were in a tent! My husband and I were very comfortable in the master bed room. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking. We had perfect weather with temps in the mid 70s two days...then it got a little cooler the 2nd two days, but the sun was still shining, so it was PERFECT for November days at the beach! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Everything was very comfortable!

We stayed at the condo at unit 1108 in the Tides building in San Destin. It was very nicely, clean, and had a great view. The owner, Fred, was extremely caring and nice and called us a couple of times during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Love this place. First time in Destin and had a wonderful time. Owners very helpful with tips and suggestions. Price was the best and the room was pretty fancy with a nice view. Two big open pools and can walk right onto the beach.
