The condo’s living and dining areas are open plan, to maximize both space and togetherness. Cool lime green walls with cooler tile floors are just what you want after a day in the sun. Comfortable wicker furniture with deep cushions make an always inviting place to come home. Tropical living is on order and this condo’s cheerful furnishings deliver. A ceiling fan keeps you cool whether you’re enjoying TV or reading a book.
The U-shaped has lots of space for cooking or bar-tending. Yes, everything is included - even the blender! (Nearby grocery stores will be happy to supply the makings for the perfect margarita). There’s new kitchen cabinetry, a large electric range and a double sink. A handy breakfast bar seats three, with an adjacent dining table for four.
A casual dining table offers room for lots of feasting. Wait for dinner at the adjacent breakfast bar, or roll up your sleeves and help out in the fully stocked kitchen. All appliances are provided, as is cookware and a trusty coffee maker. (In case you need a little caffeine help to better enjoy your sunrises). With windows both to the back of the kitchen and the living room’s sliding door, this unit remains very bright at all times of day.
Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests. In the master bedroom, find a queen bed, an LCD TV, and a comfortable rocking chair. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
