The building is situated only five minutes from Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin. You can reach many sights by foot, for example Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße (Kaufhaus Lafayette), unter den Linden, Kulturforum, Varietee Wintergarten and many more! (Position Map of Berlin).
It's only six underground stations from the main-line station Zoologischer Garten. Underground/suburban and bus stations are directly in front of the building.
One-room apartment (38 square meters, 362 square feet) with an extensive living and sleeping area, small kitchen and a tiled bathroom with tub. The apartment is suitable for one to four persons.
One comfortable double bed 180 by 200, one modern sofa bed, one extra bed 80 x 198, including fine hotel bed linen and towels. An dining area for four persons, cable TV. The chest of drawers and the wall cupboard in the corridor offer sufficient storage space for clothing and suitcases.
The nice and small kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and is suitable for preparing breakfast as well as complete meals.
The apartment is situated on the sixth floor (elevator) of a recently renovated apartment building. On the ground floor there are several shops (Aldi, bakery, etc.).
There are always sufficient parking lots nearby. The multi-story car park Potsdamer Arkaden is only five minutes away.
Sorry but one-night stays are not possible.
