Sea Place 11208 is designed to maximize the fun of togetherness in the living and dining area, plus the need for peace and quiet in the sleeping area. So the first floor contains the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one half-bath, while the upstairs offers the master suite, guest room, and second full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers bed space for 2 people as well, so 6 can sleep here very comfortably.
The patio areas are accessible by sliding glass doors, downstairs off the living room and upstairs in the master bedroom. With sweeping views of the dunes, beach, ocean, and sky, these spaces will be your go-to havens for spectacular sunrises, leisurely meals, lazy afternoons, and long warm evenings. There's casual seating here, so plan to dine al fresco, check your laptop in the balmy sea breeze (wireless Internet is free at Sea Place 11208), play Scrabble with a frosty beverage at your elbow, and dream away the day with soft sound of the surf in your ears. It's almost guaranteed to drain the stress away!
Enter the living room from the patio and you'll experience a courtyard ambience, thanks to floral-print furniture and trailing faux greenery. Here the whole gang can sprawl out and watch movies on the HDTV or DVD player. Crack open the sliding glass door and let the sounds and scents of the beach waft indoors as you share some valuable family-and-friends time!
When it comes to meals, our dining area is often snubbed in favor of the patio, but it's a great place to play games, lay out maps of your next sightseeing adventure, or set up the laptop. For quick bites, we've got a breakfast bar along the pass-through counter of the kitchen.
Our kitchen is part of the action at Sea Place 11208, and you'll enjoy telling your friends that you've even got an ocean view from the kitchen sink! Well-stocked and easy to maneuver, it contains all major and minor appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to prepare and serve a feast. Or, if your taste runs more to restaurants and takeout (this is your vacation, after all!), you may find the microwave and the big fridge the most exciting parts of the room! Either way, everything is spotless and in perfect working order, so make yourself at home.
The bustle of the first floor of Sea Place 11208 contrasts sharply with the repose of the second. Here it's all about relaxing and enjoying a great night's sleep that won't end with an alarm going off! The master suite is simply a treat, with an en suite bathroom, an ultra-comfortable queen-size bed, a large TV and DVD player, plenty of closet space, and sliding-glass door access to a private balcony. This is your retreat, where you can stargaze at 2 watch the dawn from your own 'crow's nest' overlooking the beach, or even count the stars without getting out of bed!
The guest bedroom is great for a second couple or for children, with matching twin beds. The second full bathroom is located just outside this room -- it couldn't be more convenient. And at Sea Place 11208, all linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. No need to pack a thing for the house -- we even have a washer and dryer you're welcome to use. Sea Place 11208 is located in a condo community with 2 swimming pools (one of which has its own beach view!), tennis and racquetball courts, and private beach access via a wooden walkway over the dunes. The complex is just 7 miles outside St. Augustine, and within walking distance of great golf, restaurants, and shopping. Park the car on the first day and forget about driving for a while! (Of course, if you want to go adventuring, you're just 90 minutes from Orlando.) You'll love everything

We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
