Our 2-storey condo offers balconies on both levels, from which you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the ocean front swimming pool, tropical landscaping, and the glittering Atlantic Ocean, with its spectacular sunrises and sparkling waves! You'll hear as well as see the surf from our balconies, where you can watch stately lines of pelicans glide by and possibly catch a glimpse of dolphin fin!
Even when you're indoors at Sea Place 12224, you never forget that the beach is just a moment's walk away. The balmy air and tangy sea breezes are so refreshing, and the view can be seen throughout the living and dining areas of our condo.

About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
