  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the size of the house. The condition is rather tattered. We had problems with the dishwasher, Clothes dryer, Bar-B-Que and upstairs toilet. The dishwasher was replaced which was so great. The dryer would not turn off until the door was opened. Someone looked at it but it was not fixed.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and fit our needs perfectly. Check-in was delayed a bit due to the cleaning crew not being quite done when we arrived, but we got some grace on the other end. Had a plumbing problem and BW got it handled pronto! Check-in and check-out were very pleasant and professionally handled.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented quite a few properties from Burr White. As always, Jane at Burr White went above and beyond to find me a place when everything was booked over the Christmas holidays. I like this property because of it's quite location. On the sand, but away from the busy boardwalk. The furnishings are a bit dated but in a cool, vintage kind of way. It is spacious and clean.

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and layout of the unit! Truly enjoyed the week. REALLY needs upgrading of furnishings. Beds were horrible. Furniture very old and not in great shape. One weeks rent could furnish it completely. Doesn't need to be top of the line furniture, just decent beds, etc. Also, would be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies. Hard to maintain for a week with no supplies. Definitely considering a week next year, but wouldn't want this unit unless it had been updated a bit. Kudos to Burr White! Your check-in procedure was FANTASTIC! You've got it down! Great response to calls too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting beach homes in Newport for 18 years and this has become one of our favorites. This house is in a quiet portion of the beach away from the loud parties and foot traffic. And it's within walking distance of restaurants and markets. This house has two living rooms and decks which allows for quiet and privacy if you are sharing space with others. The extra refrigerator in the garage proved helpful. Although this is a three bedroom house, the loft space was remote and roomy enough to act as a fourth bedroom. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds have springs coming through! Property Dirty. Patio Dirty and broken down. No Garage door openers. For the rent fee the property expectsupgrades need to be done Manager responded on 4/1/2010: Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your stay with Burr White Realty. Our cleaning department tries to ensure the property is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We will continue to improve in this area and have set up a system so this is done better in the future. Our maintenance staff has replaced the beds and ensured the garage door openers are available for our guests. We will forward your comments to the property owner regarding the upgrades. Reviewer Comments: The trash cans were all full when we arrived and made it difficult on our departure to dispose of all the trash on hte departure day which was also the trash pick up day in Newport Beach.
