  I've spent one month in this lovely flat with my family, It's a huge apartment with a plenty of space, there is one bedroom but a large kitchen. The location is amazing, you just need to cross street to find the beach, you can go walking.., very think is pretty close supermarket, malls, etc.. I strongly recommend anyone which want to spend holiday in Miami. The only problem that I had, it was the 2nd bathroom has a sink broken, It took me a while to get that fixed, I had to call the owner/administration a lot of times and after that they got it fixed. Once I've rent flat it was supposed to working, but anyway, hopefully you guys don't spend the stress I've had. It's a such a nice apartment that I wish I could live there forever... Lovely holidays for a family!!

Prior gusts have left the unit with a broken sink and a broken cabinet and due to some missing parts it took longer than expected to fix. This issue has been resolved, however, your complaint is valid. We have taken steps to fix any unexpected issues faster.

  We like FL and travel there at least once a year over the past 8 years. I think I can make that statement - it's the best apartment we've rented so far for the budget. Maybe because it's new, but also because the owner didn't go cheap. Everything, from appliances to door knobs is good quality. It's a high floor, so the views of the ocean are amazing. Huge leather sofa is accompanied with an ottoman - it just feels like home. The only thing I could suggest is to add a few paintings in the living room, but that's it - nothing needs any improvements. Please note this is a large 1 bedroom apartment - it's nothing like a tiny little hotel room. The floors have no carpets - it's wood in the living room and bedroom, tiles in the bathroom & kitchen. The bedroom has a huge king size bed and a very comfortable mattress. Sleeping in that apartment was a pleasure. The bathroom is all tiles, with a new toilet and bath. The apartment has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, so no cheap plastic. It's just a great place to stay. The only downside is the price. It was slightly higher than other apartments in the same building. I did like it that the place was new - I think before us there was only once couple who stayed there. I have seen a neighboring apartment that has no major remodeling and and another apartment on a lower floor that had no remodeling. They had plastic countertops, ancient everything, queen beds, microfiber sofas... I am happy I paid extra for quality. I cannot afford to have an average vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: Thank you for your kind feedback. We will definitely add paintings to the living room and bathroom. As regards quality, we did try to make this unit a great place to stay for a vacation at an affordable price which is in line with similar quality apartments. During high season prices may be slightly higher, but that's normal. Surely you can find a cheaper apartment in the same building but what happens if you arrive and you don't like it? You will not have the time to find another place at such a short notice. We believe this unit meets our guests' expectations, it's not merely a set of well-taken photos - the quality is there. You will probably end up spending at least 50% of your time in an apartment or a hotel during your vacation so it's worth to pay a little more for comfort, ocean view, good quality furniture, new appliances, etc. Thanks again for your review, if you decide to come again in the future we will give you a good discount for taking the time to write your feedback.

  I usually don't write reviews because I think anything can always be better, but I had a wonderful vacation and I want to support the owners. First of all, making a reservation was easy, I got a quote within minutes. Diacussing extras was a snap - we got eveything we asked for including extra beds for the kids and beach towels. Nothing we asked was a problem, the owners really went out of the way to make us have a good time, at least that's what we felt like. We traveled for over 10 hours, it was easy to reach the place by cab. We were met by the property manager (Eugene), a really nice and positive guy, who helped get through the registration and we were in our apartment in under 10 minutes. The first thing I remember was how clean the place was, everything looked brand new, towels and linen were clean, we have a 2yr old boy and this was a major factor for us. The place was as clean as it gets, nothing compqred to some hotel rooms we stayed in in prior years. This condo has been remodeled weeks before we came, everything was brand new. The living room had a brand new 51" TV!! It's worth noting that this unit has an upgraded kitchen with marble countertops, most other units have old kitchen pqinted white with dated appliances. Watch out! To keep the story short, this was one of the best trips we ever had! I really think this apartment was a great part of it, we liked it so much we didn't want to leave. I would recommend it others! I would also like to thank the property manager, Eugene, for going an extra mile and helping us with all the minor issues we had. Thanks guys, Your guest Michael

  Location Location Location, The Condo has awesome Park, Playground for kids, its just across the street from the ocean, nice , clean and queit place. We will definetly stay here again next year !!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
