  What a beautiful and well appointed condo, so close to fantastic beaches, easy shopping, great coffee, and tons of snorkeling. Family of 4 spent a blissful week in early April - taking in all the big island offers. Property was very clean and private with easy pool access. Owner was extremely helpful and considerate. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes! Highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a convenient, quiet, luxurious vacation retreat in Kohala area.

  My husband and I and our 17 and 21 year old children spent two weeks at this condo over Christmas and had a wonderful time! Not only is the Mauna Lani Fairways a beautiful property with meticulously maintained lush gardens and a lovely pool area, but the condo itself is outstanding. We couldn't have asked for more. From the minute we arrived until we left everything was just perfect. We would stay again in a second and would definitely recommend it to friends as well! Thank you, Mark and Laura!

  This place is awesome! The location is perfect, and the amenites are truly perfect as well. There really is nothing bad about the location, accomodation, or layout ect. If anything I would say the pictures do not do the place justice. The layout inside is a master bedroom upstairs (king bed) with a large ensuite, with shower and tub. There is a bed room downstairs which we didn't use at all, which had 2 double beds. There is a bathroom on the main floor with a shower/tub as well. The kitchen has everything you might need, including ice cream maker, coffee grinder, lots of cleaning products, towels, ect.. Come to think of it, the ONLY thing I think missing from the kitchen was a garlic press. There was graters, slicers, cuisinart with attachments, nice blender.. Really well appointed. The air conditioning worked well, and didn't have any typical carribean musty smell at all which was nice. The local orange cat was extremely friendly, and his name is Mango. He is not a stray.

  We loved this condo. The location to the pool was very convenient. The bikes were a lot of fun. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We love everything about Mauna Lani. We would stay here again.

  My family of five recently stayed at this beautiful condo at The Fairways. The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The condo was well decorated and very open and spacious. The pool and hot tub were right across from the lanai. The nearby beaches were amazing and we really appreciated the beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/boogie boards and beach toys that were included in the rental. There is also a great grocery store right in the Mauna Lani shopping area which is really close. We had a great stay and didn't want to leave. We hope to return to this slice of paradise soon.

  My wife and I had the pleasure of renting this condo for a month Jan/Feb 2012 and would definitely recommend this property to others. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable which made it a pleasure to stay there. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and lots of dishes. The master suite upstairs with large ensuite and private balcony was a treasure. The BBQ area on the lanai was a treat to use with a handy sink for clean-up. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean large pool with hot tub and waterfalls. The close proximity of the condo to this area made it very easy to use. We felt very safe and secure at this complex. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and Laura who made our stay there very enjoyable. The perfect paradise. Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home.

  My wife and I recently stayed at this Fairways condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was situated within easy walking distance to the shops at Mauna Lani and the Fairmont Orchid, which made restaurant choices abundant without the need to drive and easy access to groceries. More impressive was the excellent amenities provided by the condo owners. Among these included a pair of cruisers, which also made the beach club and golf course easily accessible without a car, as well as numerous games, historical books about Hawaii, and many beach accessories making our vacation a really enjoyable and turnkey experience. We've been to this resort on three prior occasions and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Mauna Lani.

  The whole experience was great and we really liked Mauna lani. The property exceeded our expectations on all fronts and was very clean and comfortable and easy living for a family of four. The beach club has a great safe beach, the nearest beach is a short bike ride or walk, the local mart is friendly, well stocked and very closeby, the grounds are lovely, great pool and a nice convenient gym room nearby. Its quiet and peaceful and a great base from which to explore the big island (and mauna lani side is definately the sunniest) . The best beaches are on this side - I recommend 69 beach for a good "wild beach" - and it was very generous and appreciated that there is some beach kit to borrow. The lava fields surrounding are quite surreal and you grow to love them. Oh yes and the owners are very nice people to deal with. Aloha and mahala !

  This was a fantastic place, well appointed, clean (read spotless) and near most things you need. The pool is literally out the back porch. Seems like it's brand new all over. My wife and kids stayed here and had a blast, central to most things on the Big Island and walking distance to the beach and grocery store.
