This Immaculate home is located on a cul-de-sac and located approximately 8-minutes from Navarre Beach. Hurlburt is approximately a 20-minute drive (with traffic). Eglin is approximately a 40 minute drive (with traffic).
The master bedroom contains a Broyhill King-sized bed with triple dresser and armoire. The master bathroom has a double sink area and Roman tub/shower combination. Since this is a split arrangement, the master bedroom is located off the kitchen-which includes hard surface countertops and beautiful maple cabinets. A side by side refrigerator, electric oven and cooktop with built-in microwave round out the major kitchen appliances. Both front loading washer and dryer are located inside the utility/pantry area in the kitchen.
The dining area has a large glass table which seats four comfortably.
The living area contains an entertainment center, sofa, easy chair, cocktail table, and 2 end tables. It also has a wood burning fireplace for winter usage.
One of the guest bedrooms contains a full-size bed and triple dresser. The other bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twins) with 2 storage tables.
All bedrooms have televisions. The master has a 19' HDTV and the living area has a 32' HDTV. Basic cable is provided.
The large 2-car garage has work space and extra cabinets for storage. A garage door opener provides easy access along with an outside keypad.
The backyard is fenced with lots of room for children to play or families to enjoy an outdoor bbq.
This home provides an excellent base for military members stationed at Hurlburt or Eglin.
