  We had a wonderful time. The condo is EXACTLY as described, so no surprises. Natalia picked us up from the airport, and took us to buy groceries on the way to the condo. After that we took a cab to get groceries when needed. We walked to the Isla Mujeres hovercraft ferry and rented a golf cart to get around Isla Mujeres. We spent an afternoon at Wet n Wild after going to Dolphinarus. Dolphinarus was great, wet and wild was fun for the kids but overpriced and the all inclusive food was gross. We also booked a XichenItza tour which was really great- pick up and drop off from the condo. The owners were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to be away from the hotel zone. Thank you Natalia and Joachim

  The rental unit is exactly like described. This was our first time on the east coast and Natalia and her family were great and very helpful with all the information for newcomers like us. We also met some wonderful people on the complex that shared a ton of information with us and we traveled and explored with them as well. The easy access from this location to shopping in Cancun is perfect. The bus stops right in front of the complex almost every 10 minutes and takes you right to the center of all the shopping or the main bus station if you are planning in traveling, like we did. Very convenient. You can also walk if you feel energetic, it is about 4 kms. to town. If you planning a trip to Isla Mujeres, the ferry is just 5 minutes down the road. You will see the most beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The view is unforgettable. You can see Isla Mujeres and the hotel zone. In the evenings you get entertained by the Captain Cook's lit up boats sailing in the harbor, I still miss the view. The kitchen had all the necessities for us to cook our meals which we like to do. If you prefer to eat out, there were restaurants close by within walking distance that one could dine in and experience the true new culture. The bed is king size and very firm, but comfortable. We took our laundry to the lavenderia ourselves, but there is a lady in the complex that will clean and do the laundry if you choose to do that. The grounds crew keeps the pools and the surrounding area in perfect condition and they are very nice and helpful. The pool area seemed to be the gathering place for our complex. This is where you would share your daily activities and stories with other couples and gain the most information about things to do and make new friends. If you enjoy laying by the pool, this is the perfect place for you. If you like to walk for miles and wonder the beaches, be aware that you need to take a bus to another location to do that. There is a beach next to the complex that locals gather at, and it is a fun place to watch them have fun and enjoy themselves with their families, but if you are seeking the Caribbean turquoise water and the miles of endless beaches, you need to take a bus to the hotel zone or to Isla Blanka. There, you can walk for miles and gather shells. Other than that, we loved our stay and definitely would stay here again.

  We could not have asked for more. I was excited to find this location online and it did not disappoint. Natalia and her family were friendly and helpful. The place made for a great couple get away. The kitchen has enough supplies to get by for the time we stayed. We were able to get around easily enough using the local buses and taxis. The public beach really is on the other end of the parking lot - this was really nice. The balcony gets all the morning sun, and the breeze off the water was enough to keep the place cool. Aside from staying here, my spouse and I recommend taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres and spend the day. The north beach is nice but, we really enjoyed renting a scooter. There is a great little restaurant at the far south end - you can sit out in the open air with the water all around. A fabulous find - we would return again.

  ... Well, at least as nice as advertised, and you can see from the pics how nice it all looks! The king-size bed was comfy. The place clean and nicely decorated. The full kitchen was a joy to use. And the swimming pool divine after fulfilling my quotient of ocean saltwater. It was nice to know Natalia was nearby in case of any needs - in our case a blender (she graciously loaned us her own) and a recommendation for where to buy fresh fish and veggies. Other guests were friendly and helpful. I was glad I had a car, but I'm sure you could get by without, especially if the goal is to settle in and get away from things for a relaxing vacation. I hope to return someday.

  It was so enjoyable to find a location where we felt completely safe and secure. My husband and I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay in this little condo. I was sick part of the time and staying here was so peaceful and quiet with such a beautiful view. Eating on the balcony and watching the waves and the boats gave us much relaxation. Once you learn how to catch a taxi, you can go anywhere in Cancun. The owners were so friendly and nice. It was a treat being in contact with them whenever we needed to. We purchased our own food at Wal-Mart and ate easy to prepare meals at the condo - this was relaxing to us and we enjoyed the time it gave us together. And popcorn at night was like being at home. Having TV available with English speaking channels helped during my sick time when I didn't feel like doing anything else. The ocean breeze made sitting on the balcony comfortable and never too hot. We would definitely consider returning here if we ever get back to Cancun. And the decorating that had been done made it more exotic and fun, and everything was so nice and clean and inviting. Natalia is such a joy to be in contact with and is so willing to answer any questions you may have regarding your stay in the condo.

  The rental experience has been great for me. Natalia & Ioachim, as well as the extended family, were available, responsive and attentive. They all made me feel like being at home away from home. The condo is comfortable and has a peaceful aura about it. The condo complex is well maintained, safe, and its location is very convenient. A great departure from The Hotel Zone Experience. Beautiful view from the living room windows and veranda. The location is great for a quick access to the three ferries (Isla Mujeres) as well as to downtown Cancun areas. Can't wait to go back.

  As a property owner on VRBO, I am very aware of what travelers want and expect and I can relate to the many unknows that face a renter. For me, I appreciated the personal, informative responses I received, both before and during our stay, it is something not available in a hotel. The owners were responsive to our needs even going out and buying new items for the unit. Speaking off, the location is good for those who do not need or want to be in a high rise hotel, convenient, to central Cancun, airport, hotel zone, but out of the high prices, really this location is a bargain, stay here, spend your money elsewhere. GOOD LUCK, HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH IN PANAMA SOMETIME FRANK
