This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom view Condo is conveniently situated close to the water on the border of lower Queen Anne ('Uptown') and Belltown, within easy walking distance of the amenities of Lower Queen Anne, Belltown, and all the downtown Seattle neighborhoods. The Key Arena, Seattle Center, & the SAM sculpture park are just two blocks away. There are dozens of restaurants and three grocery stores within a few blocks radius from the condo.
The Condo, furnished in designer colors with tasteful décor, is an oasis of calm in the midst of the city. Open the windows in the living room to enjoy fresh air and the sounds of the fountain located in the courtyard just one floor below. Relax in the master bedroom while enjoying the sound view, with spectacular sunsets and ferries cruising by. The second bedroom doubles as a state-of-the-art Home Theater media room with an 8-foot screen, projection unit, and surround sound.

Whether you're in Seattle for work or vacation, you'll enjoy the condo as an elegant retreat with excellent access to all that Seattle waterfront downtown has to offer. The areas of Lower Queen Anne, Uptown, Downtown, S. Lake Union, and Belltown can all be reached on foot from the condo. If you will be visiting other local neighborhoods, you'll find the condo is very convenient by car or bus to Ballard, Magnolia, Queen Anne, and Capitol Hill. From the condo it's just a quick drive north on 99 to the Fremont / Wallingford area, and south on 99 to West Seattle.
Seattle Center at your fingertips
Seattle Center annual festivals include Northwest Folklife Festival (Memorial Day), Bumbershoot (Labor Day), Bite of Seattle (July), Festal Cultural Festivals (various dates), and the Seattle International Children's Festival (May). Ongoing at Seattle Center, enjoy the Opera, the Ballet, the EMP, the Sci Fi Museum, the Science Center, and much more.
The condo is great if you happen to be traveling with small children. Why the Owner Chose Belltown
The location is amazing, since it's so close to so many of the major attractions Seattle has to offer. We also love being so close to the waterfront, to be able to enjoy the sea breezes and to watch the boats sail in Elliot Bay, and to have such close proximity to both Seattle Center, to the SAM Sculpture Park, and to the Myrtle Edward waterfront park where we enjoy biking, walking, and rollerblading.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo always feels to us like a calm oasis in the midst of the bustling city. It's especially wonderful during events at the Seattle Center, where we can enjoy the day, easily return home for a rest, and then quickly head back for more fun. The bus stop in front of the building gets us easily to even the furthest downtown attractions in just minutes. Even Pike Place Market is an easy walk south on Western Ave, without any hills!

Perfect in-city experience in Seattle

My husband and I, along with our 3-year old and 6-month old, rented this place for 9 days when we went to a wedding in Seattle. The place was immaculate, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. The view from the windows was impressive. The facilities were great...within walking distance of Seattle downtown and Whole Foods. We would definitely recommend this place.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband, dog and I stayed in this contemporary condo for 5 weeks while in the transition of moving from Seattle to Europe. The owners are very friendly, extrememly helpful, and professional. The condo is in a terrific location, and is so spotless and well equipped, we felt immediately at home. We especiallly liked the gas fireplace, the balcony (with the peek-a-boo view of the bay to easily watch the ferries come in and out), and the media room with full screen tv. It was a fun place for our friends to gather prior to an evening out, and we also had a wonderful time exploring all the restaurants within walking distance. The building is very nice, clean and secure, and the parking was decadent, although a car is not needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay while in Seattle.

Beautiful condo is well eqipped with everything to cook. View is fair and the location is really good. Considering how expensive parking is in this area and this rental includes convenient, secure parking that's a big plus.
