Enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai of this lovely 4th floor condo This condo has been newly renovated and has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. We were rated #4 by the Travel Channel as one of Florida's Top 10 Beaches. Believe it when we say 'Welcome to Paradise!'
When you exit the building you are only steps away from our beautiful. PRIVATE, white “sugar sand” beach and we are directly connected to the beautiful white sand beaches of Lover's Key State Park. Walk for miles on the these beautiful beaches and trails and you will enjoy shelling to find those rare treasures. Enjoy the breathtaking views or you can just relax on the beach with a good book and soak up the sun. This is truly the good life.
Relax and Enjoy:
Relax on your private lanai and have a romantic dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, while watching the spectacular sunsets. The lanai overlooks the beach, the boats, sometimes even the manatees, and especially the dolphins frolicking in Estero Bay. If you would prefer to have lunch, dinner or a pool party downstairs on the Dolphin Deck (which overlooks the Bay and the Gulf), there are plenty of tables, umbrellas and grills to use. WiFi is available in the unit. Just about everything you will need is at your fingertips, so you don't have to worry about the small things and you can just simply enjoy your stay.
User Friendly Condo:
This condo has a full kitchen with eating area. and a large bathroom with plenty of closet space, ceramic tile floors throughout, and much more. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, all new appliances, including a glass top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker. Lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided, as well as some small appliances such as a coffee pot, blender (for those wonderful frozen drinks), toaster, crock pot, etc. All bed linens and fluffy bath towels and beach towels are also provided. The unit has a private bedroom with a king-size bed, alarm (if you really need to use it) and a TV. The living room has two sofas and another TV and DVD/CD player. The unit is air conditioned, has cable and sleeps 2 very comfortably. If you wish, you can even leave your car behind, because you are just steps away from the Lee County Trolley (50 cents) which will take you into Ft. Myers Beach or to shopping in Bonita Springs (K-Mart, Publix, etc.)
The Surrounding Area:
Enjoy Lover's Key Park by walking the many trails and the beautiful beaches and doing some shelling. You can also explore the beauty of this estuary by kayak (rentals available at the park.) Visit Times Square in downtown Fort Myers Beach and enjoy the many shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants, beach parties at the Lani Kai, and much, much more. Naples is just a short ride to the south and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy 5th Avenue. Set up very much like the 5th Avenue of New York, it has luxurious boutiques, restaurants, hotels, and so on. You have to visit Naples at least once, especially at night, as it is very beautiful. Both Fort Myers and Naples offer plays, museums, art fests. etc. You can visit the Edison and Ford Estates in Fort Myers and the brand new and totally beautiful Coconut Pointe Mall in Estero (this is a must see!). There is so much to do and it will seem like so little time to do it all. No matter where you go, or what you do, you will always be able return to the serenity of Lovers Key to totally relax.
We have a security front gate, which you need a code to enter, and the buillding also has a key pad for coded entry. This is for the security of all the individuals in our building.
