It offers many special places to sit and relax both inside and out on the decks. The living room, sun room and family room are warm and inviting. There is a generous dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely bedroom with full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are two more bathrooms and four more bedrooms, each with their own special qualities. Two have access to an upstairs deck with water views, while the master suite has stunning views and its own staircase. It's only a five to ten minute walk to Lobsterville Beach. Parking permits are available for Menemsha Pond, West Basin and Philbin Beach on the Atlantic. A ten minute ride takes you to the bike ferry to Menemsha. ...great house - clean, spacious, beautiful location and completely private as well as multiple decks and gorgeous landscaping make this an ideal vacation house. the house is meticulously clean, well decorated and comfortable. the kitchen and dining room were perfect for large festive meals. could not recommend this house more highly!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
