Our home at the beach is a full sized, year-round ranch house in a popular community which offers swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and a fitness center. A stone's throw from Route 1 and easy walking distance to the center of town, this newly updated house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room with a dining area that comfortably seats 10, an ample screened porch with seating for 12, as well as a private deck. We have included a master suite with garden whirlpool tub for two enhanced with a sky light and a private entrance to the deck.

The community of Bethany Beach provides a shuttle bus during peak season for a nominal fee. Parking near the beach is metered or by permit. A permit is provided to rental clients.
