Beautifully renovated cottage with large yard, new fully stocked stainless kitchen, limestone counters, new baths, furniture, hardwood floors throughout, and central air conditioning. TV, WiFi. Washer/dryer. New cedar outdoor shower with changing area.

Master bedroom en suite with renovated marble bath. Guest room with 2 twins, bunk room with 2 bunks. Renovated hall bath.

Enjoy our yard games, landscaping , outside table and chairs, gas grill. Brand new mahogany deck and furniture!

The island bus stop is around the corner. (3 minute walk ). Bike path also around the corner from home and Starbuck Beach is a 12 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride.

Fantastic Get-away

We had an amazing time in Madaket. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of town. Pure tranquility. Marie was fantastic with communication (our stay was during hurricane Lee) and she has such a lovely home! Great living space, deck and yard! And a quick walk to the beach! This is my new favorite spot to stay on ACK

Amazing rental!

This house is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, big lawn, and private. We walked to the beach each day and it is about a 15-20 minute walk. It was also nice listening to the waves at night from the master bedroom. Marie was very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for a Nantucket vacation!

Madaket Oasis

Great house for a small group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dinner at the house. The bedrooms were clean. The primary bedroom had a bathroom attached with heated floors (a nice benefit as it was cool and rainy while we were there). 20 minute walk to the beach, which was a bit longer than expected, so I’d bring bikes next time. Overall, my friends and I loved our stay at this cute and quaint Madaket home.

Beautiful Madaket home!

Bob and Marie's home was the perfect spot for our family trip to Nantucket. The house was very clean and very comfortable, and it had everything we could want or need while we were there, including a pack n play for the baby, a fully stocked kitchen, board games for the rainy days, and chairs and toys for the beach. It's an easy and beautiful walk to the beach and only a ~15 minute drive out from the town center. We are so happy to have stayed here!

Wonderful hideaway

Tucked away near Madaket this house makes you feel like you are in a vacation paradise. Convenient to beaches, the famous Millie's restaurant and there is even a bus stop at the corner which takes you directly into town. Clean, quiet and fully equipped, Bob and Marie's place is a true gem.
