When I pass to heaven, this is what I expect it will be., a little bit of Paradise, a WOW! house, ocean views in every room, new everything, grill on the deck, fresh fish and lobster just down The Road, porches to relax on when I'm lazy, a salt pond to kayak on when I'm not, and WiFi. Thank you for thinking 'if I build it, he will come.' I did!
Location: Old Charlestown Beach, Rhode Island, USA by Westerly RI, Providence TF Greene Airport, near to casinos, Old Mystic Seaport, Stonington & New London...w/ Jamestown & Newport an easy drive up Rte.1.
Accommodations: All new, recently built 2-Story WATERFRONT HOUSE, 2 master suites + convertible queen-sized sofa, 3 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 4-6 easily, parking for 4 cars (so no Beach Pass necessary), filtered water from private cistern under house, decks on both floors off every room. No pets, no smoking inside house please.

Spend a ROMANTIC Week-Away here. Dine on succulent, literally just off the boat lobster or seafood by candle light on the front deck or in the dining room, enjoy the romantic moonlight dancing on the water. Count the shooting stars.

Visit Scenic Block Island which you view from the beachhouse, Watch Hill & Misquamicit with all their amusement rides, miniature golf, carousels and beaches, Old Towne Wickford, Beavertail and Watch Hill Lighthouses, Jamestown, Newport and its mansions, Mystic Seaport Village & Aquarium, Nature Center & Zoo!
Go antiquing, shopping, sightseeing, go to the theater or star gaze at Ninigret Park Observatory or just hit the swings or tennis & basketball courts at Green Hill Park. There are many hiking & biking trials & conservation areas. Also incredible fresh & saltwater fishing—some right on the beach or the breachway at the end of The Road, golfing by the ocean, a shooting range (skeet & trap), bowling, tennis, gym…endless activities & events!

Visit the nearby Casinos, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, the Hard Rock Cafe, Outlet Malls, Native American PowWows (Schemitzen), Pequot Indian Museum, Old Stonington Village and its shops & docks, and the Coast Guard House with live music, dancing and dining on the giant decks over Narragansett Bay.

The beachhouse is centrally located…just two hours from Boston/New York City/Hartford/Springfield/ Plymouth Rock/Sturbridge Village. Locally in-town, for everyday needs, there’s a village bakery, ice cream shoppe, restaurants, pizzeria (excellent), deli and mini-supermarket, and further up Rte. #1 there’s Walmart, Stop&Shop, family and upscale restaurants. In short, it’s just about 5-20 minutes to most everything.
