Great condo with all the amenities you could want or need. The owners provided lots of extras that made our daily excursions a joy (beach towels, beach bag, noodles for the pool, cooler for picnic @ Grand Canyon, etc) - you have really thought of EVERYTHING!!! Very clean, comfortable and close to so much (hiking trails, shopping, golf, restaurants). We will definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Phoenix and we'll see if it's available when we visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay!Owner response: So happy you guys were able to see the Grand Canyon. Loved the pictures of your children! The condo was immaculate and very nice furnished. It was obviously it was redone recently. The kitchen had everything you would keep in your own home as far as cookware and dishware. The beds were very comfortable, nice TV's in the living area and master bedroom. The owner thought of lots of details like towels for the swimming pool, bag to carry your stuff to the swimming pool, even noodles for families with children. The swimming pool was heated ( at the end of November), clean, good size and never crowded. The surroundings of the condo resort were very nice and well maintained. The resort was quiet. The owner put together a binder with flyers for the activities and places to visit in the area, restaurants, they even have an Arizona Travel guide and maps available for you. The condo has a good location with a big grocery store just a couple of min driving, and some very good restaurants close by. The biggest perk for us was a complimentary card the owners have you can use at Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. You get free admission to their water parks. My daughters loved the water park at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. The owner was super responsive, which was appreciated. We definitely recommend your condo and we'll be back. We had a great stay and i would highly recommend this condo. If we travel to the Phoenix area again, we would definitely stay here. The complex is very nice, the condo had even more "extras" than what we were expecting (beach towels, beach bag, noodles for the pool etc), the pool was very nice!Owner response: Thanks so much Darla for the kind words. My husband Charlie and I found Sandi Larson on the Home Away vacation site. Sandi was Awesome to deal with on the phone and email. Both my husband and I had an wonderful time in Phoenix staying at this beautiful condo. Very spacious with little extras in the room eg, beach towels, info binder with brochures for site seeing and much more.. This place is centered very well to commute in any direction we wanted to go. Easy access to the main hi ways. Every morning we hiked to the North Mountain and we spent time at the pool talking to people from all over. Everyone was so friendly and had only good things to say about this place. For sure my husband and I will be returning next year to Sandi's condo. A big thank you Sandi for a lovely stay at your place. I would recommend this place to all my friends. My husband and I are frequent vacationers in Phoenix. This condo is absolutely perfect. Immaculate, stylish and luxurious. Every amenity has been provided by the owner. All you need to bring is your clothes. The location was perfect for our needs. Information for your stay is provided by owner in a binder. Sandi is a phone call away. My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. The condo was perfect for us. It is in a great location close to wonderful hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. The owner was also very accomidationg and informative when it came to situating the condo, and places to take our kids. This was truly a home away from home, and I would stay here again, hands down!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

This place was beautiful and VERY well taken care of! I would recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The rental has everything you need in a place - comfortable beds, large bathrooms, very clean kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, patio and 3 pools in the gated community. The location is perfect and my husband and I went on walks every morning. Sandi is a very helpful in getting set up with staying at her rental (She gets back to emails quickly and provides numbers if anything is needed while at the rental) She has a very informative folder with attractions and restaurants. About the owner: We have been going to Arizona for years and finally took the plunge and bought a wonderful condo. We love all the activities that abound in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, the list goes on and on!! So many opportunities abound! We want to share that experience with others who appreciate quality and want a 'home away from home'.
Why the Owner Chose Tapatio Cliffs:
Phoenix and the Pointe Tapatio area is a wonderful location. The restaurant at the top of the Tapatio Hilton will knock your socks off!! What a view!! The weather in Arizona is wonderful while other parts of our country are freezing. What can I say? Baseball, shopping, sightseeing. We love our gated community.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Take advantage of Frank Lloyd Wright's Talisan West home in Scottsdale. In the summer they offer mini design schools for students. We've also taken our grandson to baseball camps at ASU in Mesa. What a great school! Flagstaff is where the Arizona Cardinals football team practices in late summer. When it's hot outside why not go into the Diamondbacks indoor stadium Chase Field approximately 5 miles away! The stadium is not only air conditioned it also has a swimming pool in left field! You heard that right!!
