Unique setting; upon entering Villa from the double doors, you see the pool and lake all at the back of the villa, and from the kitchen, livingroom, and master bedroom.
Two steps down into livingroom and diningroom with soaring cathedral ceilings, "Tommy Bahama" ceiling fans (large Palm leaves). All furnishing's are new, check the photo's.
French doors from Master bedroom, dining room and kitchen into the Lanai. All new Ceramics thru-out.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with new dishes with Mexican flare, lots of glasses, pots and pans, electric frying pan, coffee maker, toaster.
The Lanai has white wicker for relaxing, reading, and watching the birds dive in the water or see the big turtle that swims in the lake.
The small dipping Pool is great to relax in - sit in, or exercise in at end of the day. The scenery is wonderful-you will not want to go home.
Washer and dryer in Garage-works good. You are five minutes from Nokomis Beach - go out back gates to road over the bridge at Pelican Alley Restaurant, and you are on sand.
The Community Pool is Large and very nicely kept. Library has good assortment of books. Exercise room inside, also four tennis Courts-Hot-Tub. Shopping just outside the gates at Nokomis Village shopping Center.
If you are a good housekeeper--I pay the cleaning as a reward.
