Anchored upon Harbour Point, the Aloha Roth House is a two-story, 2000 sq. ft. home with a delightful 270 degree view of scenic Lake Livingston. With an abundance of large windows and a wrap around upper-story deck, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath dwelling never lacks for sunlight or a cool lake breeze. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests for sleeping and is fully furnished.
Located in Cape Royale, a gated resort community, visitors will have access to a community swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a deep water marina offering two boat ramps, fuel dock, supplies, and boat slips for overnight rental. Adjoining this quiet and secure community is a 70-par, 18-hole championship public golf course. Welcoming and warm, relax and enjoy all that this affordable vacation home has to offer. Aloha Nui Loa!

We had a wonderful time and loved staying in your lovely home. The Aloha Roth House has awesome views, and is an excellent place to just hang out and relax while enjoying this beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The house was ready with everything we needed when we arrived, very clean and very comfortable. The owner has prepared a binder full of great and helpful information for the guests. We highly recommend the Aloha Roth House! We absolutely will be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed for over a week at the Aloha House to get away from the cold Iowa winter. The house was furnished with all the necessities one could possibly need and was great to just spend time in. Loved the decor. We spent lots of time playing tennis on courts just a short drive away, playing golf, riding bikes, and taking lots of pictures from the deck of the lake and deer. February was a very quiet and relaxing time to visit the Aloha House in Cape Royale, and we would recommend it highly.

Definitely will come back on our next visit to Coldspring! The lake view both from the wrap around porch and from inside the house via multitude of windows is gorgeous. The sunrise is indeed as described. The owner was very helpful with answering questions prior to arrival. What an awesome place to relax and unwind. My girlfriends and I were totally blessed by the warm welcome and hospitality provided. Super clean, very well maintained, fantastic customer service. We definitely will stay here again. Great antique stores only 40 minutes or so away in Huntsville made it just our kind of place. You won't be disappointed either.

This house fit our needs perfectly. It was basically clean and in good repair. Everything was there for a comfortable stay: condiments and spices, sauces and beverages, cleaning supplies, linens, furniture, and entertainment. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and cook wear. It was very family friendly. We took the beautiful bedspreads off the bed in one of the rooms we used for children and replaced it with a practical quilt. Beautiful decorations but we moved some of the breakable ones to a high shelf. Family friendly movies, games and lots of great books. Beautiful views day and night. We went on walks to look for deer. Pool was great and shaded in late afternoon. Since a member of our family is in the Army, we appreciated the American flag flying proudly day and night. We hope to stay in the area again if our children remain there and will look at this house to see if it available.

My family had such a wonderful extended holiday weekend at The Aloha Roth House. Shelley really made the entire experience from booking to departing easy and personal - she even took the time to print up directions to a local restaurant on the water. The pictures looked great on line but I was really blown away at how clean, cozy, well stocked and just how well the house was maintained overall. We enjoyed having the marina close by for our boat, the Royal Green park for fishing and the kids also really loved seeing the deer up close- including in the bushes of the house and garage! This gated community is definitely a great place for a family vacation; we have already discussed trying to plan our next trip to Aloha Roth!
