Each morning this luxurious condo begins with a breathtaking sunrise glittering across the Gulf of Mexico. “Island Royale” is located on Pleasure Islands west end where the emerald water and sugar white sand meet the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and watch the sunrise from 350 square feet of balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where dolphin, heron, and other wildlife grace the horizon. With the beautiful sugar white sand, warm ocean breezes, breathtaking sunsets, and the peaceful sound of the surf, it is the perfect beach location.
This tenth floor, east-end, Non-Smoking condo features three bedrooms, three full baths, nine foot ceilings, and is decorated in relaxing island decor throughout. The spacious living room comfortably seats eight and the sofa makes out into a queen size sleeper. The living room is perfect to relax in after a fun filled day at the beach. The well appointed kitchen is designed with all the amenities of home to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. The dining room seats nine with views of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the large dining room window. We chose the tenth floor end unit so your view wouldn’t be obstructed by another condo.
An oversized private balcony with panoramic views of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master suite. The balcony includes a large table and chairs, and two gliders. The perfect place to entertain, dine, soak up some sun, or curl up with a good book. Everything you need awaits you for a memorable vacation at the beach!

We spent a month in this condo and found it to be exceptionally clean, well decorated and supplied with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The location gave us easy access to explore South Alabama and Florida. We tried restaurants in Gulf Shores, Bon Secour, Magnolia Springs, Fairhope, Foley, Pensacola and everywhere in between. One of the best assets of the condo is the view both from the balconey and windows by the dining room table. This is a good place to relax and renew one's spirit. The owners were very helpful.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Thanks so much,we had a relaxing and wonderful stay. Grandson and I built a really great sandcastle but after two nights the Gulf won. Always enjoy staying in this condo.

The weather was nice in the 70's No rain! We cooked in alot and the condo had everything we needed. The condo is wonderful. It has all the comforts of home. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for the whole family. Higly recommend this condo. This is our third year to stay.

This condo was even more beautiful than the pictures on the Internet described. We loved it so much that we are actually going to decorate our home in the same way! Our favorite time was visiting with our friends at the cond, walking on the beach, fishing on the pier, shopping at the Outlet Mall in Foley and the Holy Spirit Thrift Store is awesome ( great quality clothes and prices). We loved spending time on the huge balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. As always we love to eat at Lamberts.

We enjoyed having some family time together. This trip included 3 generations in our family. It was so nice to get everyone together for some good quality time. We all lead such busy lives and sometimes its nice to " be still asnd know that He is God." This was the perfect place to do that in. I encourage you to sit out on the balcony and reflect on John 3:16, If you are looking for a church to attend during your stay I recomend Lagoon Baptist on HWY 180

The weather was perfect.Enjoyed the beach, saw dolphins everyday. Great food, mini golf, and shopping. Loved Lamberts, Lulu's was the funnest place of all, and the Hangout was also tons of fun. Perfect Vacationsomething for everyone. Thanks Kathy for sharing your wonderful Beach Home!

Love the condo! It was plenty of room and we really appreciated the three bathrooms. Thank you so much William and Kathy for sharing your lovely beach condo with our family. We loved watching the dolphins play, building sand castles,playing football on the beach, walking on the beach, playing in the pool and sitting on the awesome big balcony and listening to the ocean. It was so nice just to spend time with family.
