This tenth floor, east-end, Non-Smoking condo features three bedrooms, three full baths, nine foot ceilings, and is decorated in relaxing island decor throughout. The spacious living room comfortably seats eight and the sofa makes out into a queen size sleeper. The living room is perfect to relax in after a fun filled day at the beach. The well appointed kitchen is designed with all the amenities of home to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet dinner for eight. The dining room seats nine with views of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the large dining room window. We chose the tenth floor end unit so your view wouldn’t be obstructed by another condo.
An oversized private balcony with panoramic views of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master suite. The balcony includes a large table and chairs, palm trees, and two gliders. The perfect place to entertain, dine, soak up some sun, or curl up with a good book.
