RENTED AS EITHER 2 or 3-BR, Casa Concha is a 3-BR/3-BA economy rental home in Villas Caribe Subdivision on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the City of San Miguel on Cozumel Island, just six short city half-blocks from the ferry pier/central plaza and ocean access. This Mexican style casa has nearly 1800+ square feet of indoor/outdoor living space PLUS the large new roof patio! OR when owner is in Cozumel, rent house as 1 or 2 bedrooms/2 baths (if the house is occupied, we can help you find other houses or room-mates/sharing short-term or long-term).
Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with mosquito netting, other two bedrooms are 1 double and twins/2 (which can be converted to a king-sized by putting the 2 twins together) room. The master bathroom features a 2-person "garden" tub and a private outdoor hot water!! "naked" shower area which also serves as dive gear rinse/dry hanging space. Within one block are two large grocery stores, laundromat, ATM and money exchange banks, liquor stores, theater and access to transportation options to any part of the island or Cozumel airport. (Ask about dive services, pre-arrange!)
Casa Concha has a SPACIOUS fully-equipped kitchen (see main web site photos, underwater theme mural makes it seem like you are cooking out on a reef) which guests refer to as a "Cook's" kitchen, a key-locked metal safe and free local phone. The house is colorfully and casually furnished and has a pleasant outdoor carport patio and garden area with beautiful plants and a shell waterfall.
Two main bedrooms have A/C and small secluded patios. Bonus large open-sky roof patio area has a buffet (or massage) table with benches and built-in hammock hooks, custom charcoal BBQ...perfect for sunbathing, picnics, star gazing or watching fireworks from the cruise ships (or even pitching a tent or hammock for guest/campers). At night, see the lights of Playa Del Carmen from the roof (cooling-pool in-the-works)!!
