  We rented this condo for Jan. and Feb., 2013 and enjoyed it very much. It was recently purchased by new owners and they had replaced some of the older furniture and tv's before our arrival. The condo is very nice, clean, and welcoming and the pictures shown online are very accurate. The beds, living room furniture, and patio furniture are all very comfortable and well maintained. You can't beat the beautiful views of the beach from every room! The only updates I would recommend would be to replace 1 window pane in the master bedroom where the seal is broke, fix the master bedroom door lock leading to the balcony, and fix the door lock on the living room sliding door leading to the balcony. I would recommend this condo to anyone who loves the beach and is looking for a place to stay that is quiet, has beautiful ocean views, and is well appointed with beautiful furnishings. I would not recommend this condo to anyone with disabilities as all of the tubs are large with tall sides and can be difficult to get in and out of. Some of our favorite restaurants in the Panama City Beach area are; Uncle Ernie's (best key lime pie we've ever had), Boar's Head, Triple J, and Marina Cantina.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Love this condo and highly recommend it. My friend and I enjoyed our second visit to this unit The rental agent, Carrie was very pleasant to work with; she makes it easy to secure reservations, paperwork arrives on time with all details and responds to any questions one may have. The view is wonderful from the livingroom, dining area, kitchen and all bedrooms! Nice bedding in the unit offers kingbeds in two rooms plus additional space in the 3rd bedroom with 2 separate beds. Sheets in front master bedroom where I have slept during both visits are soft and comfortable.The private bathrooms are large with a separate vanity area. Although the tub and shower enclosure are very nice it does make it a difficult for children or anyone with disabilities to get in and out. The balcony is amazingly large and is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. It's a great place to begin the day with breakfast or to end your day enjoying a great view of the sunset. My one suggestion is to replace the uncomfortable sofas.They are slipcovered and do not have back cushions. They do not fit into the decor of the unit. A condo this pretty should offer modern, comfortable seating in the living area. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Tower 4 Unit 401.

  Owner response: Thanks for your review and the recommendation. Repeat guests mean we must be doing something right. The owner and I totally agree that the sofa and love seat have served their days. Replacing them is already on the shopping list for the off season updates. Update!!! A new sofa and love seat have been purchased. Check them out in the pictures. Also all TV's have been replaced with flat screens. We will update the bedroom pictures when the winter guests check out.

  Every thing was perfect. The rooms were newly painted with soft colors. The beds were comfortable. A sound system with individual controls for each room, including the bathroom and the lanai. On the lanai were swivel captain chairs at the round glass table and a lounge chair to enjoy the sunset, and four more chairs with two side tables. In the master bathroom is a whirlpool tub to enjoy an evening massage, or a morning wake-up.The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance needed, about 40 glasses, place settings for more than a dozen, about a dozen pots and pans in new condition and another dozen pyrex bowls and pans, Best of all is the caretaker who is available anytime of the day to meet any need.The five TV sets, with CD or DVD players allowed everyone to watch their favorite program .All this right on the ocean front with sliding glass doors, to listen to the surf or close it out. One bedroom has a private balcony, its own temperature control, a desk, TV, CD player, microwave and mini-refrigerator.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
