We are located close to the beach, shopping, boat rentals, etc. We have a screened in pool and spa, lanai for outdoor dining, lounge chairs on sun deck, the dock has lounge chairs and a fish cleaning station.
Our kitchen is supplied with newer appliances and fully stocked to handle all your cooking needs .There are televisions with VCRs, DVDs, and the two patio door walls open to bring the outdoors inside.It is wonderful when you are sitting on the couch or working in the kitchen.
There are bikes, beach/fishing gear weber grill and more all designed to make your stay a RELAXING one.

My friends and I just spent a week at this house and would not recommend it. For starters, we chose this house because it had a spa but the spa only worked 2 out of the 7 nights. Next, it needs a good cleaning...cob webs in the corners, blood stains on the mattress cover and mold on the lanai to name a few things. You are expected to wash the linens upon your day of departure but they do not supply the detergent and the same goes for the dishes; there are not enough bath or beach towels either. My family just spent the most relaxing week-long vacation on Marco Island. Even though we live in Tampa, we'd never been there -- and it was a wonderful surprise! The house was very comfortable, and we were able to swim all day in the pool and fish from the dock right behind the house whenever we wanted to. Fish were jumping 24/7! We also drove 10 min. to Marco Island South Beach for incredible shelling. Once, a small manatee swam right between my mom and me in 5 ft. deep water! All in all, it was incredible, and we will definitely go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
