Located on a beautiful Hilton Head Island, this four bedroom, four bath newly renovated home is in scenic Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The kitchen is completely updated with new appliances and granite counters and features a breakfast bar. The dining area seats six, and opens to the living room with a wide screen TV, VCR, DVD wet bar, 2 Queen sleeper sofas and a great lagoon view. Off of the living room is a wonderful deck with seating for 8 that leads to a dock on the lagoon.
The master bedroom has access to the deck,pool and features a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a King bed, TV and DVD, and private bath. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, TV and DVD and uses a whole bath off of the hallway. The large fourth bedroom/bonus room is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds, loveseat, games, and TV with VCR.
The pool and hot tub are in a private courtyard that can be accessed through the kitchen, living area and the 2 King Bedrooms. This area offers a private entertaining area complete with gas grill, table seating for 6, an outdoor couch, as well as a bistro table with 2 chairs. This is the perfect home for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. The house has high speed internet access. *Pool and/or spa (newly resurfaced in 2006) may be heated separately or together upon request for an additional charge.

Our home is located in a private area of Palmetto Dunes on a private lake with easy access to the beach. The beach is located approx. .5 mile and is easily accessed by a short walk or bicycle ride. There is a FREE shuttle van service which runs during the spring, summer and fall seasons and will pick you up at the house and drop you at the beach. If you choose to drive to the beach "The DUNES House" has ample parking, offers restrooms, and outdoor dining.

It was great to have our grandchildren play around the pool. It made it much easier for us to keep up with them in the enclosed area. Our family had a very relaxing vacation! Thanks for everything.
