This beautiful ONE BEDROOM apartment is in the heart of mid-town/Theatre District and is the perfect location especially during the Holiday Season. Times Square, Theatres, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth Avenue shopping all within few blocks. The neighborhood is safe and convenient with grocery stores, subway stations, movie theatres, all within a few blocks.
This apartment is in a pre-war building on the fourth floor, sorry no elevator, but only three short flights up. It has high ceilings and exposed brick throughout. The living room has two large windows facing the street, comfortable plush sleeper sofa, and television with digital cable.
The kitchen has cherry cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove and a dishwasher. The counters are black granite with a separate granite breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bathroom is done in beautiful marble with glass accents. There is a window in the bathroom, nice deep bathtub and when you step out of the shower each day you'll have nice warm towels waiting by using the electric towel warmer!
The bedroom has a full-size bed with pillow top. One wall is exposed brick with two windows. The bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen television and dressing table with mirror and hairdryer.
The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment which makes for a quiet night's sleep. NOTE: THE BEDROOM IS A SEPARATE ROOM THAT SLEEPS TWO, THE LIVING ROOM HAS THE PULL OUT QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA THAT SLEEPS TWO.
