This very well appointed-2 bath VERY large condominium available for long term rental or 30 days minimum.
The complex is right across the street from the beach on North Pacific by the harbor. The condo is all newly redecorated and furnished with great comfort and luxury in mind, and most important just steps from the beach. There is great surfing, swimming, volleyball, and fire pits for an evening barbecue.
Within walking distance is the Pier, many shops and restaurants, there is a 50's diner at the end of the pier. Enjoy the fishing right off of the pier, and boating activities.
Paradise by the Sea Beach Retreat: This 2 bedroom 2nd floor condo is in the Aegean complex across the street from North Coast Village.
It has been totally renovated in 2006. I furnished it so that all you need to do is pack your clothes and bring food to eat. Walk right across the street and you're right at the beach.
This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably, two people in the master bedroom on a King size posturepedic bed with 20" TV/DVD, and two in the 2nd bedroom on a queen size posturepedic bed and two on the new queen sofa sleeper with inner coil spring mattress. Blow-up bed available.
The patio by the pool.... with it's BBQ gas grill and table with comfortable chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days. PRIVATE full size tennis court right on the property.
Sunsets so close you can almost touch them.
In the living room there is a TV/DVD/CD player. The dining area where you can eat or invite a few friends over to play cards. In the closet is everything you need to go to the beach, such as beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with convenience in mind. A full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are present with all of the conveniences of home. A new glass top electric stove awaits you if you desire to cook while on vacation equipped with dishes, pots, pans and more.
A full sized "WASHER and DRYER" is in the condo your convenience.

Year Purchased: 2005
I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service, after a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village. After seeing the complex and the possibilites plus the need for a good cleaning service,I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients has been encouraging me to handle thier bookings, I decided to start full time as a rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in.

I love Oceanside and feel it is very up and coming area. Our beaches are beautiful and clean and you can't beat the weather!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

This comment was emailed to me by a recent guest. Hi Ginny, We loved your condo. Everything went smoothly. I've tried to think of any kind of improvement, but everything seemed so perfect! You've covered all the bases from linens to towels to bathrobes to slippers, you name it. I think you must be a masseuse or an interior decorator, or both, but either way you've done a fabulous job. And that massage chair is out of this world. I loved it. We never got a chance to use the volleyball, but wished we could have. The only thing I might remove is the chair out on the deck. It seems to take up too much space. The Table and 2 Chairs are great and the barbecue worked great , but the electric starter didn't work for me. Personally, I'm used to that, so no big deal to light a match. Anyway, thanks so much for letting us stay. Kathy

HI, Welcome to Winds of Change Beach Retreat. There will soon be pictures posted. I have just finished remodeling the entire unit with new paint, carpet, tile, bathroom vanity,stove and new small appliances and furniture. This quiet side of the Bldg, is ideal for couples who just want to get away from it all and be able to walk to beach without crossing the street and go down one flight of stairs and enter the sauna, and workout room.
