We just bought this home June 2011. There is1800 square feet. A direct BEACH/OCEAN FRONT unit, with unobstructed views of the beach from our living room & master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A laundry room with full size washer / dryer. Oceanside heated indoor pool & outdoor swimming pools. The building offers a state of the art fitness center and kids club with use of all the major gaming systems. This is a secure building with a covered parking garage, and enclosed hallways so you won't get wet carrying your luggage, in the event of bad weather. There is a Concierge and outdoor showers to get cleaned up from the beach. We offer you access to our storage unit, which exits directly to the street by the beach access walkway. You can store all your beach gear in the storage unit, and avoid the hassle of carrying it upstairs each day. Please email me with questions

NON SMOKING UNIT & NO PETS
I'm sorry but there is NO SMOKING allowed in the condo or balcony. My family does not smoke so we request you please honor this.
I'm sorry but there are no pets of any kind permitted. We appreciate that many people view their pets as family but we must request they stay home.

This beautiful new oceanfront apartment was perfect for our family – five adults and an eighteen-month-old. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the indoor and outdoor pools. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen had beautiful appliances, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals. The storage locker with chairs and an umbrella was especially convenient. We definitely will return. You do need to bring your own towels and linens. We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful home. It was extremely convenient (right on the beach), especially having the fully stocked locker on the ground floor (with beach chairs, umbrella and sand castle tools/toys), and the shower there as well. The indoor and outdoor pool, along with the fitness center was an added bonus. The view from the balcony was incredible and the decor ---very cheerful and nicely done. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The parking and building is very nice, and secure. Thank you so much for making this such a relaxing get away!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We only rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday. 10.5% tax added & $60 booking fee Week 6/2/12 is $1950 Week 6/9/12 is $2700 Weeks 7/7/12, 7/28/12, 8/11/12, 8/18/12 are $4900 Week 8/25/12 is $3500 Week 9/8/12 is $2200 Weeks 9/15/12 and forward are $1600 $300 refundable deposit, contract required
