  This was our 2nd year at this house and as with the 1st year, we all loved it. The owners are excellent to deal with and the house is very comfortable and homey. The house is within easy access to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We definitely recommend this home for both adults and children and would rent it again ourselves. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and spent some time in the game room enjoying the foosball and basketball games. Overall a great vacation at a great house.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Owner response: We love to see returning guests and are always delighted to hear that guests have enjoyed their second stay as much as their first. We hope to see returning guests for years to come.

  We had a fabulous stay at this villa. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. We were able to spread out and everyone had their own space. We would recommend this villa to everyone when coming down to Florida. Thanks for such a great place:)

  What a wonderful vacation. The villa was clean comfortable and roomy. The villa was well equipped . The pool and spa were used almost daily. The heat pump broke and was reported and the part had to be ordered and the pump was fixed by the end of the following day. Great service. The owners were very accessible and called to see if there were any problems or if they could make our stay more comfortable. The area is quiet so going for walks is comfortable. The area is close for shopping,attractions, airport and restaurants. We were disappointed to find out that the villa was already rented for the time we wanted it for next year.

  This is quite possibly the best vacation we have ever been on. This is the first time that we have rented a home and the house far exceeded our expectations.Our daughter and her family stayed with us for a week and found it the perfect location to go to Disney, Daytona and Clearwater. The community is quiet and very private. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them every day and evening. The house has great layout and can accomodate everyone from a couple who wants to get away from it all to a multiple family senario. Rose and Joel have a great family vacation home and we have already reserved time for next year. We have recommended the home to our friends who are thinking of trying a rental property for their next vacation. Thanks again for making our vacation most enjoyable John and Anna Guelph Ontario

  This villa is a fantastic place to stay for a holiday. The house itself is very beautiful with a lot of attention payed to every detail of the decoration. Also outside it is nice to stay on the lanai, play in the pool or relax in the jaccuzi. The villa is build in a quiet and well maintained villa parc and is not to far from the funparcs and the malls. The owners are very flexible and friendly to work with. All arrangements and agreements were made over the email without any problems. They even try to phone us during our stay to ask whether everything was satisfying. Although we heared the phone ring several times there was no answer after picking up. But that did not matter because everything was 100% OK. This was by far the most beautiful house we stayed in for a holiday (and we have seen a lot).

  This was a beautiful house where we enjoyed our stay very much despite the little disappointing weather. It was very good visilble that the owners Rose and Joel payed a lot of attention to every detail of the decoration of the house. It was by far the most beautiful house we ever stayed in (and we have seen a lot). The correspondention upfront with the owners was very clear and friendly. All the necessities were proper explained. Also aferwards they were very interesting in how we experienced our stay. They even try to call us during our stay. We had heared the phone several times but everytime when we picked it up there was no answer. Based on our experiences we can recommend this house to everyone.

  My family and I had a great time here!! Lots of room, nice pool, well decorated, very clean! I would definatly come back or recommend to anyone. 15min from disney, I would love to own like this in florida to vacation in.

• Beautiful Villa!

  Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in April. During our stay we mainly frequented Disney and Universal which was about a 15 min drive in the morning. Everything about this Villa is fully accommodating, spacious and beautiful! First of all Calabay Parc is a very clean, private and safe area to stay when you are visiting Florida (Davenport) with family. We originally booked this with friends instead of renting a hotel, so we could all visit together at the end of the day. Unfortunately they didn't get a chance to stay at the villa, (Could not park travel trailer on street) but we are still glad we booked it. We will never stay at a hotel when we can enjoy the space at this villa. Rooms were large, and stocked with anything you could possible need from home . . . games rooms and laundry was a huge help. The owners are great to work with. All planning went smoothly, and as the previous posters mentioned. any small flaws were addressed by the owners immediately. I hear that the owners are upgrading even more this summer to make for an even more comfortable stay. We are definitely recommending this villa to our friends and family and hope to stay here again next year. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us :-)

  Owner response: We're delighted to hear that Villa Markasa surpassed your expectations and met all your needs while you were there. We just returned from the Villa in May and added a few upgrades while we were there that included ripping out the carpet in the living area and installing new tiles. We think this upgrade will help keep the living area clean and fresh. We've posted new pictures on our site. We replaced several pots and pans and cooking utensils in the kitchen and left a new set of plastic designer dishes in addition to the dishes that were already there. This will help alleviate any accidents that may involve broken glass around the pool area. We also purchased a slow cooker to give our guests the option of preparing a meal in the morning before they set out for the day's activities so that supper will be waiting for them when they arrive home. :-)

  Just spent 2 weeks at this property with family including 3 young children. The home was everything the listing described and a very comfortable and relaxing place to be and we felt right at home immediately. The pool area was our favourite place to be and we spent many happy hours there and in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the game room had many fun things to do. The house is well stocked with everything needed and it was great to have a bar-b-que. The owners were extremely helpful and very easy to deal with and when we needed to contact their representative for a couple of minor problems, she was quick to get them fixed and to make sure everything was to our liking. The location was excellent .. not right in the hectic areas of Disney, but close enough to get there within 15 to 20 minutes. There were many shopping areas within a 5 minute drive so good for getting supplies. We would definitely return again and would recommend this house.

  We had a wonderful trip and the house was awesome. Everything was neat and clean and in a very nice area. We would definately recommend it to family and friends and would stay again ourselves. $300 USD required to secure reservations. The balance owing is due 4 weeks before arrival.

We accept personal cheques, PayPal ($35 charge) and E-transfers

Additional Fees and Taxes:

All taxes and end of stay cleaning included in all prices for 7 or more nights stay.

$300 Damage Deposit required. This will be returned upon confirmation that the Villa has been left in good condition.
