This vacation condominium is located on The Pointe Hilton property adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Hotel in North Phoenix. Nestled right next to The North Mountain Preserve with beautiful mountain views and hiking and biking trails.

This is a privately maintained gated community with immaculate grounds, palm trees, and fountains. This unit was built in 1998 and has all the comforts of home. There are two bedrooms with walk-in closets and two large full bathrooms. We also have a pull out sofa to accommodate up to two more guests. We are fully equipped with every convenience including: Air conditioning, heat, fireplace, large capacity washer and dryer, microwave, cable TV, large patio off living room and master bedroom, and much more.

We provide games and puzzles; tennis racquets and balls. This unit shows beautifully with new carpet, custom paint, and lighting. We are located just a few steps from an inviting heated pool and hot tub with BBQ grills for making your burgers.

The pools have showers and restrooms. Within a two minute walk, you can play tennis or basketball or within three minutes drive you can golf at The Pointe Hilton Championship Golf course. The magnificent mountain view, tropical palm trees, consistent good weather, and perfect blue skies will be sure to make your vacation here most enjoyable.

25% Deposit required to reserve property. Final Balance due no less than two weeks
prior to arrival. A $250 Damage is held via credit but not billed.
Unit is inspected for damage after tenant's rental period is over
Vacation Rentals start at 3 PM & end at 11 AM for days rented
