We are an extended family who travelled to Niagara Falls for our son's wedding in the Buffalo area. We came from Ireland, England and Australia. This large house was the ideal location to base our family for the week of the wedding. The house is spacious, as are the grounds. The host Mark is welcoming and accomodating. The wonder that is Niagara Falls is just a walk away. This area is a great place to spend a holiday and this fine house is a great base from which to explore this lovely part of the USA. We would highly recommend this very interesting house to anyone looking for a base for holidays in the Niagara Falls area. James BOwner response: Jim, Thanks so much for your kind words. It was wonderful having you and your entire clan in the house for the week. You all brought so much energy and joy into the house it was great karma for the house. I loved seeing the Irish flag flying proudly across our front porch during your stay. You were all such wonderful guests and it was apparent that the wedding and the subsequent celebration went off without a hitch. We'd love to have you back! Sincerely, Mark Savoy Owner

Park Place is a beautiful historic house. We had a range of guest from 2 to 66. We loved the porch where we enjoyed special time with all family members. It was great to have so many rooms and bathrooms. At Park Place no car is needed. We could walk any place we wanted. We went to the American side of the falls and the Canandian side. The large dining room gave us an opportunity to start the day off together for breakfast and end the day for dinner together. We were able to reflect the days events at night on the large porch. I would recomend Park Place for anyone looking to stay in Niagara Falls. Mark was wonderful through the whole process (from reservations to information of the area in Niagara falls.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

The house was perfect for our stay. We were able to have our privacy in our own rooms and could all be together at meal time with the huge dining room and table. The house was equipped for our every need. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front porch where we began and ended our days together. Great proximity to the falls - both American and Canadian side. Also a beautiful casino very near. We had a great time!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband and I stayed in Park Place years ago for a romantic getaway under different ownership before we had kids. It was lovely in the summer. This past year we wanted to spend New Years at Niagara Falls with our 3 kids. Because of a scheduling mistake by a different B&B, we were in a bind and were fortuitously reunited with Park Place! Mark Savoy came to our rescue and rented us this beautiful home for the week. We absolutely love this place! The children had a great time and we made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Winter or summer it is a charming home situated in a perfect location to enjoy all that Niagara has to offer. The rooms are comfortable and unique and decorated beautifully. The owners are caring, and accommodating hosts. We recommend Park Place and encourage anyone who is planning a visit to Niagara to give this lovely old home a try. You won't be disappointed! The KIngsburysOwner response: It was a pleasure having you stay in own home. We were glad the house was used by a family during the New Year holiday and that you were able to share family moments together around the holiday season in our home. The house is cozy so in the winter, decorated for Christmas and the fireplaces going. We get so use to the draw to come stay in the summer months to enjoy Niagara Falls that we lose sight of the beauty of the house and the region in winter. We hope you can come back and stay with us again anytime regardless of the season. Mark savoy Owner
